There is also a family bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for one car and additional roadside parking, bike storage and an enclosed patio with a lawned area, furniture and barbecue. Hawthornden is a well placed cottage for an enjoyable holiday at any time of year.
