Nice Apartment in Pula

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well furnished. Everything was as described. We enjoyed our stay there and would rent it again. Communication with Adriana was very good and uncomplicated with all the information provided.

Super, Super Wohnung

Wir waren letztes Jahr bereits dort und begeistert von der Wohnung , neu war die Kaffemaschine mit Kapseln , als Kaffeetrinker hat sie mich sehr erfreut . Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung dort ist es sehr ruhig alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Zwei Restaurants kommen zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Bei etwa auftauchen Fragen wurde immer umgehend geantwortet . Wir werden die Wohnung unseren Freunden mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen . Pure Begeisterung !!

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns beim Ausladen der Koffer von Adriano geholfen . Die Wohnung entsprach absolut den Fotos , vielleicht sogar etwas besser . Da man die räumlichegroßzügikeit nicht sieht . Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände funktionierten . Kurzum , man fühlt sich sehr wohl Die Nachbarn waren freundlich und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig . in kurzer Entfernung zu Fuß gut zu erreichen sind , Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten . Auch gibt der Vermieter gerne Auskunft über Ausflugsmöglichkeiten , uns wurde auch die Garage für E Bikes zur Verfügung gestellt also E Biker u. Bio Biker willkommen . Wer es braucht LPG 1,2 km Wir kommen wieder .

Sehr saubere, moderne Wohnung in einem Wohngebiet etwas außerhalb von Pula. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir nur Kontakt über WhatsApp, war aber O.K. Leider war keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden…🥴 und die Terrassenmöbel waren teilweise beschädigt

Tolle, moderne Unterkunft

Das Objekt befindet sind in der Nähe von Pula in einem ruhigen schönem Wohngebiet mit einem Privatparkplatz. In Fußnähe, 50 Meter gibt es einen kleinen Laden und ein Paar Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett. Wir hatten bei der Ankunft ein Problem mit unserem Auto. Selbst da haben sie uns sehr geholfen und uns sogar zum Strand gefahren bis unser Auto repariert wurde. Immer wieder gerne.

Herrliche Kroatien Ferien

Tolle sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es fehlt an nichts für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Genossen sehr die Ruhe der Umgebung und das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit hilfsbereit und quasi rund um die Uhr ansprechbar.

Schöne, moderne eingerichtete Wohnung! Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt... :-) Wir standen vom Anfang bis zum Ende mit Adriana in Kontakt, alles war sehr unkomplizeirt Vor Ort wurden wir von Ihrem Freund begrüßt, der sehr nett und höflich war und uns auch mit guten Tips versorgt hat. Schöne Urlaubszeit

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet . Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr und ist sehr hilfsbereit . Rundherum ein schöner Urlaub.

Tolle Wohnung und tolle Vermieter

Wir haben zu dritt 12 Nächte im super ausgestatteten Apartment verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war bereits vor der Anreise total unkompliziert. Adriana ist echt liebenswert und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles schnell erreichbar. Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung!

Alles noch ziemlich neu, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Angenehme Betten, alles sauber, super nette Vermieter, schon vor der Anreise lief der Kontakt problemlos über WhatsApp. Ruhige Lage, eigener abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Zur Innenstadt oder zum Strand ist ein Auto nötig, aber das wussten wir vorher. Die Stadt Pula ist wirklich schön und es gibt viel zu entdecken und ringsrum natürlich auch. Ein fast perfekte FeWo, uns hat nur eine Kleinigkeit gefehlt: Fliegengitter in den Fenstern...aber trotzdem absolut zu empfehlen. Danke, dass wir hier Gast sein durften.

Ankommen und Zuhause sein

Wir, ein älteres Ehepaar, waren im Juni drei Wochen in dieser neuen, gepflegten und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Alles ist modern und in einer sehr guten Ausstattung, die weit über einem normalen Ferienhausniveau liegt. Da wir so gut wie immer Wärme und Sonne hatten, haben wir den Balkon am Morgen beim Frühstück und am Abend bis in die Nacht hinein sehr genossen. Die Ruhe war wunderbar. Tagsüber sind wir mit dem Leihwagen unterwegs gewesen, um die Insel kennen zu lernen. Als Standort für Leute, die Istrien kennenlernen möchten, ist diese Adresse ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Selbst die Karwaner Bucht und die Insel Krk ist gut erreichbar und empfehlenswert. Für Touren aller Art. incl. Fahrradtouren, Bootstouren, Wassersport, Wandern, oder auch für ein faules Strandleben ist dieses Heim wohltuend. Zur Wohnung, die einen separaten Treppenaufgang hat, gehört auch ein abschließbarer Parkplatz, so dass keine Parkplatzstress aufkommt. Für Strandurlauber gibt es unzählige, wunderschöne Buchten je nach Bedürfnis . Die Vermieterin hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert und nachgefragt, ob alles gut ist. Auch mit dem Check in und out ist sie uns sehr entgegengekommen. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Ein echter Geheimtipp. Renate und Joachim

Lovely flat in a nice surrounding

In September we spent a week in the flat with our three year old daughter and enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is nice and clean, very spatious and we loved having breakfast on the balcony! We would definetely book this flat again!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in der wir uns super wohl gefühlt haben.........

Was soll ich groß schreiben, die Wohnung war echt sehr toll. Top Modern ausgestattet und sehr nette Vermieter die einem auch hilfreiche Tipps geben. Ein was wäre uns noch eingefallen, wenn ne Kaffeemaschine da gewesen wäre :) aber das war für uns nicht so schlimm. Wussten uns zu helfen ;) Ansonsten kann ich die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)))))

Belle région agréable à visiter, vieilles villes de caractère. Plages de galets à proximité.

Bel appartement moderne bien aménagé idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. Il manque quelques accessoires de cuisine et un peu plus de vaisselle et de couverts seraient bienvenus.

Simply loved it!

We have just returned from 10 days vacation in this very nice apartment in Pula - and we simply loved it!!! I totally lived up to the very nice pictures and description. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we got a good introduction to the place and suggestions on where to go and what to see from Adriano. A small grocery shop is 2 mins walk fron the front door so we had freshly baked bread every morning. Adriana was extremely helpful in answering questions via texts. e.g. local wines, restaurants, best beaches etc. We highly recommend it and if we ever decide to come back to Pula we hope that it is available.

Apartment modern eingerichtet 100% gepflegt

Hallo, wir hatten von Adriana und Adriano die Wohnung für knapp 2 Wochen gemietet in der zweiten Hälfte Juni 2017. Wir hatten das Apartment bei fewo-direkt gefunden und uns dafür entschieden. Die Kommunikation lief schon ab der Anreise über Whatsapp. Wir waren zu dritt mit Kleinkind und hatten für uns mehr als ausreichend Platz. Wir haben nicht viel gekocht aber trotz des geringen Spülbedarfs haben wir gerne die Spüllmaschine genutzt. :-) Wir würden anderen die Wohnung auch empfehlen unter der Verrausetzung das ihr mit Auto anreist bzw. einen Mietwagen habt. Parkplatz war ein eigener vorhanden. Kurz und Knapp wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Danke für die Wohnung an Adriana und Adriano

frisch renoviert, großzügig & modern ausgestattet

Die Angaben im Inserat haben 100%ig zugetroffen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig sowie neu und modern ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit dem nötigsten Sortiment ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Stadtzentrum von Pula ist in ca. 30 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
