Overall, I rate this very high.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was well located for the work we needed to accomplish. I felt very safe as the property and apartment were well locked. There are all the appliances and supplies you need to cook. Now for the not for the not so good stuff. If you have a long vehicle, I drive a big truck, you may have a difficult time fitting in the space provided. If you would like to sleep in past 5:00 am this is not the place for you. During the week when people are up and leaving for work one or both dogs will bark. This did not distract us from the overall performance. Which was excellent. A couple of small things that need to be fixed. The refrigerator door has a loud squeak. A little wd40 will fix that problem. The shower head is too large for the mounting bracket. We had trouble keeping in place.

Unterkunft ist vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen. Denise ist sehr freundlich und respektiert die Privatsphäre. Die Hunde sind sehr freundlich, die Gegend dir sicher und man hat einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Klare Empfehlung!

Great start to our 2025 Baseball tour

We stayed with Denise for the first week of a 3 month trip to visit all the baseball parks in US and Canada and saw Dodgers and Angels while there. Her apartment was a quiet and relaxing place ‘come home to!’ It is clean and accommodating and I would recommend it highly Loved the dogs!!

Great Stay

Good quiet place close to the port and down town Long Beach.

This place was a great change of pace as I usually stay in hotels. If you’re a dog person she has some very friendly pups.

Lovely home

Denise is a gracious host. The doggies on the property are sweet and are a lot of fun. The unit is clean, well stocked and very nicely decorated. We had a very comfortable stay.

It wasn't too good to be true!

I thought for sure that I would be disappointed because of the low price. When something seems too good to be true, it's because it is. This was EXACTLY as advertised! The hostess was very welcoming and hospitable without being intrusive or overbearing. The dogs are as sweet as can be. Parking was very convenient. Next time I'm in Long Beach, I will stay here if it's available.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and friendly

Super clean and comfortable apartment. I stayed for four weeks and completely enjoyed my stay. They were very friendly and communicative about housekeeping/maintenance as needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. There is very little street parking available in the neighborhood, however the assigned parking spot in the back alley fit my SUV very well. 10/10

Great stay!

I had the privilege to be able to stay in this property, the owner is awesome and super nice. Everything was very clean and is also stocked up with anything you might need. Close to public transportation and walking distance to main roads. I enjoyed my stay very much and I highly recommend!

Home away from away

I needed a place to stay while I was completing my move from LA to NYC and stumbled upon Denise’s place. It was a very busy and stressful week of moving but every time I got to the apartment to wind down, I was instantly relaxed. Apartment is equipped with everything you need and there’s a parking space always available. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s a little Long Beach oasis. Denise was such a gracious host, she was available for anything I needed and she made the check in and check out process so easy. The 3 doggies were friendly and playful. Overall it was a great stay and I will definitely be back soon!

Wonderful Stay!

I would definitely recommend! Our stay was for a month. The host was very attentive but we had our privacy as well. Someone comes in to clean each week for a longer stay like ours! The apartment is stocked with everything you would need and plenty of extras: dishes, pots and pans, bowls, silverware, utensils, pantry items, basic spices and olive oil, towels, toilet tissue, paper towels. I can't say enough good about the host. I could tell that she was very busy in her life, but she took the time to make sure we were well taken care of. She even surprised us with some treats. There are bus stops within half a block and 2 grocery stores about 1/2-3/4 mile away. Uber and Lyft were quick. If you want some doggy time, her 3 dogs are super sweet. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay at in Long Beach for our one month stay. The host was super welcoming and comfortable to socialize with. We felt as if we were home away from home and the house was equipped with everything you can imagine. A lovely cleaning lady comes every week to clean up the place which made the stay even more of a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a long or short term stay in Long Beach. 10/10!

I recently stayed at this upstairs house fully furnished. I had my own parking spot. Locked and gated with motion light for entry that is such help late night and early morning for view. Washer and dryer downstairs in laundry room was really nice and easy to use. Huge orange tree in yard that was a beautiful site and tasty. I was here for work and it was a great location for my job and if I ever go back to this area I will be staying with this location, if available. The owners were very nice and friendly and can't say enough good things about them. Saying goodbye was like leaving family only after almost 1 month stay. You won't regret this place and the cleaning lady does an excellent job cleaning. 6 stars

Comfortable and well equipped

Denise and Vince made it a pleasure on arrival, they directed us to the convenient parking space and showed us how to use the amenities and then just left us to enjoy LA. The doggies on site were a massive bonus for us. Location is ideal for getting on the highways for exploring, would have no doubts about staying here again. The stay was affordable which sealed the deal for us.

Excellent stay!
