Pool und Lage super. Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wohnung ist schon sehr abgenutzt. Leider große Baustelle direkt daneben, dadurch viel Lärm und Dreck in der Wohnung und natürlich auf der schönen Terrasse!!! Somit kann man den Pool leider erst ab ca.17 Uhr nach ende der Arbeiten in Ruhe genießen. Eine Info vom Vermieter wäre schön gewesen, es kam aber nur das es ihm leid täte!!! Er ist auch nicht bereit etwas Preisnachlass zu geben!! Schade, deswegen gibt es auch nur 2 Sterne!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé et bien équipé. La communication avec Maria était fluide et elle a pu répondre à tous nos besoins, notamment en nous recommandant un taxi😊 merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Appartement magnifique

Appartement magnifique, belle prestation, tout confort, tres terasse avec piscine. L appartement est tres bien situé , de tres bons restaurants sont a côté a 2 minutes a pied. Les concierges sont tres charmant et toujours la pour nous . Je vous conseille c est appartement pour un agréable sejour a marrakech.

Tout a été parfait. De la propriétaire toujours soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires à l'appartement top et très calme avec l'espace piscine très agréable. L'emplacement correspond totalement à l'annonce, il est proche de tout (super marché, brasseries, restaurants, magasins, parc botanique magnifique.... Les gens dans la résidence très gentils et toujours souriants. Cerise sur le gâteau, des gardiens adorables (père et fils) qui ont toujours été d'une grande gentillesse. Pour finir, comment ne pas parler d'Icham le chauffeur, un super mec !

Wonderful!

Lovely quiet, safe location but incredibly central, in the heart of Gueliz with Carré Eden just a short walk away. Fantastic private pool. The apartment has a beautiful décor and every amenity imaginable to make your stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Appartement magnifique

L'appartement très propre, toute équipé et très jolie. Nous avons passé un séjour entre amis (5 garçons), nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement près de la place guéliz (macdo kfc) juste a 5 minute du centre commerciale carré Eden. nous avons invités des amies filles de France l'appartement tout au long de notre séjour elles ont tout au tant adoré l'appartement, repas sur la terrasse et barbecue au top. Seul problème de ce séjour le "gardien" a savoir que si vous invité des personne ils sont au courant. nous aurions apparemment fait du bruit le jeudi soir à 6h00 sur la terrasse. le gardien vient nous voir mais ne dit pas bonjour et alcoolisé, pour nous mettre un coup de pression avec des parole incohérent suite a ce dérangement du 6h00. Parking pas sécurisé!!!!! J'ai trouvé mon pneu dégonflé a coup de couteaux. surement un voisin* En gros super appartement mais oublier la terrasse a partir de 3h00. Car les voisins le sommeil léger pour ne pas dire coller au mur!!! Cela est bien dommage car super terrasse de jour et de nuit surtout. Si vous êtes jeune est vous souhaité des faire des soirées agité ce n'est pas dans cette appartement en tout cas. Pour famille, couple, et "entre amis non fêtard dans l'appartement"

Appartement magnifique!!!

Nous avons séjourner du 13 au 20 août 2016, que vous dire de plus que cette appartement est juste magnifique!!! Rien a dire tout était parfait, le propriétaire ainsi que la personne sur place, son au petit soins et disponible tout le temps, pour tout ce que l'on souhaite. La piscine ainsi que la terrasse au top, vu magnifique sur tout Marrakech. Une place de parking pour ceux qui le souhaitent, très pratique. Résidence et appartement très propre. Le propriétaire a tout fait, pour que les locataires soient tranquilles. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjours inoubliables.

Appartement agréable avec un gros plus à Marrakech : la piscine privée

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L appartement est situé dans un quartier calme. Tout se trouve à proximité. L appartement est clair et spacieux. Le gros plus la terrasse avec la piscine privée et internet qui fonctionne parfaitement même sur la terrasse. Que dire de plus tout est parfait l accueil, l appartement, le quartier......😀

Séjour magnifique

Bonjour à tous , J´ai séjourné dans ce merveilleux appartement à l occasion d'un déplacement professionnel, et j ai pour habitude de rester en hôtel. Je garde un très bon souvenir , merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil . Appartement très très propre contrairement à ce que j ai lu ... La piscine est top surtout quand elle est privée. Merci beaucoup , je reviens vite sur Marrakech et chez vous bien sûr

Not bad but very over priced - negotiate price if you are considering

This property is quite nice but very very over priced for what it is. Being Moroccan myself and travelling to Marrakesh frequently for holidays I have stayed in many apartments and hotels. This property has two small rooms, two very small bathrooms and a tiny kitchen. It does have a very small pool (not 5 meters by 2 meters as stated more like 1.5 meters over 3 meters and a nice terrace with a bbq. The bed sheets are dirty and do not get changed and the towels weren't clean either. However the girl who rents the property (Maria) is very nice and the man she has in charge (Hicham) is also very nice and willing to help. I did not complain about the bed sheets to be honest, maybe if I had complained they would of been changed. The property is in a great location and is about 2 mins walk to local shops, kfc, McDonalds and is about 30 mins walking distance to Jemma el Fina. If you are considering staying at this property please negotiate the price because it is very over priced for dirty bedsheets and tiny rooms.

Magnifique appartement

L'appartement est juste nikel tout comme il est indiqué dans la description, l'appartement est très propre la terrasse à l'étage avec la vue sur le centre ville et la piscine privée juste le bonheur à Marrakech Le petit plus avec le parking privée donc pas besoin de s'inquiéter pour la voiture c'était un très bon séjour, merci de l'accueil très chaleureux et je reviendrais très certainement. 😁😁😁

Superbe !

Petit weekend imprévu à Marrakech dans cet appartement avec 2 amies. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Les proprios ont mis un chauffeur à notre disposition pour venir nous récupèrer à l'aéroport. La résidence est top, bien située, l'appartement très spacieux, deux chambres avec chacune leurs salles de bain et linge de toilette. Nous avons profité de la piscine (privée !!) à vue sur la place de Gueliz, juste parfait !! Merci beaucoup pour votre réactivité aux messages - c'était bien mieux qu'un hôtel ;) A bientôt !!!
