It is located 150 m from the supermarket, 300 m from the sandy beach of Empuriabrava, 16 km from the Peralada Golf Course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona Airport. Situated in an ideal area for families and within a residential development.
The accommodation features garden furniture, a terrace, an iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room, a communal swimming pool and a television.
The electric open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Appartement bien,mais trop bruyant,balcon petit et donnant sur la rue, et on entend les personnes qui descendent les escaliers sans aucune discrétion et à n'importe quelle heure.Et pas de chance nous avons eu le droit à des travaux et un déménagement .

Appartement propore et confortable
Nous avons apprécié la possibilité d'arriver tard le soir grace au distributeur de clé, la propreté du logement, le confort, l'emplacement proche des commerces, restaurants et à une distance très raisonnable de la plage. L'accueil excellent, le personnel à l'accueil s'efforce réellement de satisfaire chaque demande. Pour notre premier séjour à Empuriabrava, nous sommes satisfait.
Le jour d'arrivée (aux heures d'ouverture), être accompagné si besoin jusqu'à l'appartement pour éviter de chercher trop longtemps quand on connaît pas le secteur.
