Located 150 m from the supermarket, 300 m from Empuriabrava’s sandy beach, 16 km from Peralada Golf Course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station and 65 km from Girona Airport. Set in a family-friendly area within a residential development.
The accommodation includes garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room only, community pool and television.
The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle.

Tourist tax and optional extras are not included in the price.
