The apartment features a lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, Wi-Fi access, heat-pump heating, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, communal pool, possibility of covered parking in the same building, TV and satellite TV (Spanish, German, French).
The open-plan ceramic-hob kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tableware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle.
