Well-equipped house for a relaxing holiday! Located in a quiet residential zone 200m from the beaches of Puerto Rey. The house is a semi-open building with 3 bedrooms. A large bedroom located on the mezzanine, kitchen & living space on the ground floor and on the first floor the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom and separate bathroom. The sun terrace is on the second floor.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a private swimming pool surrounded by terraces and a lounge corner that offers some shade in the afternoon. In the pool house you will find an outdoor shower, toilet and washing machine.
The property is completely closed off and your car can be parked on the property.
The fishing village of Garrucha and the Pueblo Blanco Mojacar are a short distance away. Puerto Rey is located in a large bay with sandy beaches. It is a quiet holiday neighborhood.

The house is registered in the Registro de Turismo de Andalucia and meets all quality requirements! The house is rented for a maximum of 6 people. Wifi is provided everywhere. All UK, NL, BE channels are available on the television.

Definitely would return.

Lovely place to stay, for a week and wish we could've stayed longer. Swimming pool was a joy, so clean and inviting. Outside space was brilliant for eating and relaxing. Weber BBQ was an added bonus. Only 5 mins walk to the beach, perfect. We would love to return again.

Fantastic!

We have just spent a month in this fabulous pad! It has everything you need to make it a home from home. The outside space is the icing on the cake ... really inabliing you to make the most of outdoor living. The location is also good...several fab restaurants within walking distance. Can recommend this place highly enough!

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man gebraucht hat, war da. Angie war sehr sympathisch, lieb und hilfsbereit. Spotlessly clean villa

Returned from the villa last weekend and will definitely return. Contactless check in and out was perfect due to our late flights and all comms with owner was efficient and really helpful. Villa was spotless and very spacious - pool was a welcome refresher as it was hot most days. Villa is in a residential area and a couple of minutes walk from the sea and we had lovely walks both north and south to Vera Playa and Garrucha. If you want UK TV channels, you will need to bring something with you to enable that.

Welcoming home away from home

I stayed at the villa with a friend in october 2021. The villa was just as amazing as I expected it. The communication with the owner Tom was perfect from pre-booking to any question when we were there, he is beyond helpful. Same for Angie, who dealt with check in and check out, but also gave us a lift to Vera bus station. Absolutely loved my stay and I will definitely be back next year.

Fantastic holiday

Lovely villa

Would definitely recommend this villa lovely and clean all your home comforts. Mattresses really comfortable. Tom very accommodating when we couldn't find the beach chairs. Angeliki who met us on arrival was lovely and helpful and recommending places to go etc. We all loved having the pool and the outdoor seating area.

Nah am Meer, hervorragende Außenanlage

Sehr gut geeignet für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub, alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden (gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, tiefer Pool, Möglichkeit mit dem Auto auf's Grundstück zu fahren,...). Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Tom und vor Ort mit Angeliki beispielhaft, die uns sogar zum Arzt begleitete. Tot ziens!

Maison exceptionnelle dans un endroit magnifique

Je tiens tout d'abord à remercier Tom pour ce séjour exceptionnel. Pour chaque question, il a très rapidement répondu et a su me donner toutes les réponses nécessaires. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans cette magnifique maison située à Vera Playa, très proche des villages de Garrucha et de Mojacar. Nous en avons été très satisfaits ! Elle est magnifique et très fonctionnelle. Tout d'abord, elle est très propre. Chaque personne possède ses propres serviettes. Elle possède une grande terrasse très bien aménager. Une très grande piscine, un très beau mobilier de jardin très confortable ! De plus, une petite cabane possédant un WC, une machine à laver ainsi qu'à lavabo est sur la terrasse ce qui est un très bon point. La maison possède également une douche à côté de la piscine ainsi qu'un barbecue, c'est parfait car nous ne sommes pas obligés de rentrer dans la maison. En haut de la maison, il y a un solarium avec une magnifique vue sur tout le village et la mer au loin. C'est magnifique, et encore plus au coucher du soleil les soirs. Les lits sont très confortables, les salles de bains sont très bien. Le fait d'avoir 2 salles de bain (dont 1 directement dans une chambre) est un très bon point. Nous n'avons eu aucun inconvénient. Le service est impeccable et la qualité est au rendez vous. Merci beaucoup pour avoir contribuer à passer de si bonnes vacances inoubliables dans le coin de Vera, Garrucha et Mojacar. Une mention spéciale au village de Mojacar qui est MAGNIFIQUE ! Une très belle vue sur les montagnes, mais aussi sur la mer. Les ruelles sont très agréables pour se promener. C'est très typique et très jolie. Une grande place avec des petites boutiques et des cafés pour boire un coup ou déjeuner. De très bons restaurants vous attendent à Vera, Garrucha et Mojacar. Nous avons pu visiter également le parc naturel Cabo de Gata : je recommande, c'était impressionnant ! Ainsi que la ville d'Almeria et Roquetas de Mar. Il y a également pas très loin, Fort Bravo qui a servi à tourner des films de Western, c'est très beau. Je recommande également les plages de Mojacar qui possèdent tous les services dont vous avez besoin (transats, restaurants, toilettes, douches, boissons...) qui sont magnifiques avec du sable. Je pourrais dire tellement de chose sur ce séjour qui restera gravé. Merci énormément pour cette maison que je recommande beaucoup. Vous ne serez pas déçu. J'ai hâte de revenir l'année prochaine. Merci encore :)
