Location was wonderful, close to metro and tram. Communication with owner was timely and friendly.Suitcase racks would be a nice addition so bags are not on the floor. Listing says sleeps four but that means someone would be on the couch. We'd go back!

Ground floor apartment just on the edge of central Amsterdam. Rich couldn’t have been more helpful and available. There were 3 of us to share a double and single bed in a large open room. Might bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper but we all slept great!

The location was ideal and the flat was beautiful! We stayed with our family of four and there was plenty of room. The owner lives upstairs and is very responsive and great to communicate with. We loved our stay and would stay there again!

Richard was a wonderful host. He brought us all sorts of goodies to make our stay comfortable. The location is conveniently located near the metro, three quick stops to the city center.
