Beautiful home for gatherings

The house was absolutely beautiful . It was great having 4 full bathrooms with 12 people. The game room was a lot of fun. We had several Foose ball and ping pong tournaments. There were 2 refrigerators and plenty of room in the pantry. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was a great location with a great view from the upstairs.

Great for families

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed plus the bonus of the sand/volleyball court in the back, easy walk (.15 miles) to the beach, hot tub, and fun games in the garage and toy/play area upstairs. We were blessed with great weather during our stay, but I know we would have still had fun had we been stuck inside. If we had questions, we received quick responses. The location was great too-It's a short drive to town (about 10 minutes), where there are several great restaurant and food cart options. Grocery stores are even closer about 5-minutes north. I highly recommend this place for a big family with kids or a group of friends with kids.

Mattresses need upgrade

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was lovely, except for everyone woke up with sore backs from the terrible mattresses throughout the house. Front door lock didn’t work properly either. when I called the property management to report it, they told me to change the batteries myself but there weren’t any batteries for it and I wasn’t gonna go buy them some.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our visit however, there was a misunderstanding regarding times of check out. There is way more room for people than they allow which seems like a waste of space. Two sets of friends stayed somewhere else because we would have been over the limit with their kids. So much room was available-it's a shame. But the house and location were great for the price and splitting it between two families.
