Do not miss staying in this beautifully renovated Lighthouse Road Villa featuring a unique upstairs loft area with a sleeper and television- ideal for multiple families or older kids. From the stunning kitchen remodel and lovely new bathrooms, the owner of #30 Lighthouse has spared no expense in creating a modern, gorgeous island retreat. A great location and golf view, open floorplan and fully stocked kitchen for cooking or entertaining makes this three bedroom one of our most exclusive Lighthouse Villas.

As with all of our rentals, enjoy a free family fitness center pass (just as for info and a swipe card) as well as free bikes, free WIFI and free tennis at South Beach. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

Your SeaPines gate pass will be mailed to you ahead of your stay, removing the need for check in and key pickup at a remote location or waiting in line at security.

Perfect location in Sea Pines with a beautifully updated and spacious townhouse. Hosts were committed to making the stay lovely, even leaving a bottle of red wine for us. They were great communicators and made check in and out simple. We loved the kitchen, with every tool and appliance you could want. Two bikes were supplied. A fitness center membership was included. The kids enjoyed the loft area and provided games and puzzles. My only (minor) complaints would be that the Keurig had water left in it, and the reservoir was moldy. We also found the bed in the primary bedroom uncomfortable, but that is certainly subjective. We had a blast during our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I can’t say enough good things about the property and manager. Communication is outstanding and condo offered everything you could want or need! Wonderful kitchen, location, bikes, towels, and so much more! We were there with 3 kids and 4 adults plus our dog—it was fantastic! Have already booked for next year!!! Ps—wonderful touch was the bottle of wine that was waiting for us after a 6 hour drive!!!!

Had a wonderful stay at this SeaPines condo. The layout was perfect - kids upstairs, parents downstairs! 4 minute bike ride to the beach club with included bikes. The beaches there are fantastic. Had plenty of beach chairs to bring along too. Will stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach! I took my 3 teenagers and their friends for the week, and everyone had a blast. I highly recommend this rental and will certainly be back.

Father Day Vacation

We had a great time. The place was so beautiful and well equipped. Very comfortable for family of 6. The teens enjoyed riding bikes. The beach was convenient as was Harbor Town and other shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay in the same unit again. My only disappointment was that I thought there was a pool for the complex we were in. But not that big of a deal in the end.

Perfect HHI vacation

The property location was perfect and the villa itself is lovely! Great location near center of Sea Pines so biking to all Sea Pines landmarks is easy. Bike to beach in 5 minutes with access to beach club. The villa was perfect size for our family. Wonderful owners & very responsive whenever a question came up. Top of our list of favorite vacation spots!

Our family enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful villa . Great location, close to the beach . Villa was spotless and have a lot of nice amenities. Very well stuffed kitchen… I loved the kitchen !!! Welcoming wine bottle was a nice thoughtful touch. We loved it so much that we ask Jessica to extend our vacation. She was very kind and helpful! Overall…Great villa and great location spot ! A perfect vacation property.

This property was perfect for our Sea Pines beach vacation. Newly renovated it had everything we needed for our week long beach vacation. Very spacious, comfortable beds, new bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, and a family room with room to spare so everyone could spread out and not be on top of each other. I have stayed in many VRBO property's and this is in the top of the list. I would give this property a 6th star in a 5 star review if allowed. We will be re-booking for next year...
