About this property

43m2 flat on the 4th floor of a 6 floors building with elevator. Ideal for the holidays, it is right in the center of Canet-Plage. The building is secured with door phone and caretaker. Phyios have an office in the building, a pharmacy and a bank are on the ground floor. No need for a car (included parking spot in the rental). Everything is in a walking distance: market, groceries, shopping, takeaway, ice-Cream shops, restaurants and of course the beach(150m). Balcony with wonderfull view on the beach and the central square: sun and shade available all day (angle of the building). Outdoor plastic chairs and table. All windows were changed this year (January 2011 - sound proof). 1 bedroom with a 2 pers. bed, a sofa-bed for 2 pers. (new January 2011) in the living room which can be closed with a foldable wall for the night. 2 one person extra beds can be folded out in the dining room. Small seperate kitchen. Bathroom refursbished in 2010 with toilet+shower +sink.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons réservé début juillet et l’appartement était très bien aménagé et équipé, avec en plus un grand balcon vue mer. L’accueil des propriétaires était chaleureux. Toutes les commodités à pied et la plage à 2 min : c’est vraiment un bon point pour un voyage en famille.
