Come and enjoy the sea, calm and rest in the bellevue apartment.
You will spend a great holiday in the center of Canet Plage.
The bellevue apartment is fully equipped and refurbished.
In all seasons, you will enjoy a covered terrace equipped with a garden furniture to take your meals with the only view of the beautiful blue. (fifth floor with elevator)

The bellevue apartment is very functional, it consists of a cozy living room where you can rest facing the sea, a separate bedroom with a large 140 cm bed, an additional semi-separate sleeping area with 2 bunk beds.
You can prepare your meals while enjoying the sea view in the fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker and complete crockery.
Bed linen, towels and basic products are provided.

A covered and secure parking space, 50 m from the residence is included.

Around the residence you will find all the necessary amenities for a good stay: a long walk by the sea which will lead you to the canet pond where you will have a beautiful view of the snow-capped canigou summit, restaurants for spend good evenings and a beautiful market to stock up on fresh produce.

From the Bellevue you can enjoy the whole Catalan region:
Perpignan is 12km away
Collioure 29km
The Spanish border at 50km
For mountain lovers, you can take an unforgettable ride from summer to winter through the Catalan Pyrenees regional natural park aboard the legendary yellow train from the frank town of conflent which is 60km away.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, propre et rénové. Linad et Sophie sont gentilles et disponibles. Sophie s'est débrouillée pour qu'on ait l'appartement au plus tôt ce qui a été un gros point positif. Belle vue face mer , nous avons apprécié également les produits de base fournis . Commerces juste en bas de l'immeuble ce qui est un vrai plus . Très bon séjour. Une adresse de location qu'on va garder . Cependant je rejoins le commentaire précédent concernant la propreté des parties communes (excréments, urines, poubelles...) malheureusement au dépens de la propriétaire mais très gênant durant le séjour. ( je n'ai jugé que la propreté de l'appartement dans ma note) Il manque aussi peut être un double de clé.

Bonne location mais quelques bémols...

Appartement très bien équipé, propre et relativement spacieux pour 4 Personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Accueil et remise des clés presque dans les temps et propriétaire conciliante concernant notre désir de quitter l'appartement tôt le jour du départ (pour éviter les embouteillages, c'est parfois mieux !). Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Le parking très proche est un véritable plus ! La localisation en plein centre de Cannet est probablement un atout pour certains, mais si vous préférez le calme... attendez vous à pas mal de bruit le soir jusque minuit environ, pas mal de bruit tôt le matin (le bip bip des tracteurs qui reculent sur la plage pour le nettoyage) et surtout deux soirées de suite (jusque 3 heures du matin avec musique tonitruante - lié à des festivités du weekend du 15 août ??) sur le bar de la plage situé juste en face de la location... Une dernière remarque concernant la propreté des parties communes qui laisse à désirer (escaliers, hall d'entrée, ascenseur) => dépôt de déchets dans le hall et odeurs d'excréments dans l'ascenseur rendant celui-ci inutilisable pendant 3 jours => allez quand on loge au 5 ème étage c'est bon pour l'exercice physique !
