Villa Hibiscus Pollensa
Hibiscus is located 50 m from the beach of Puerto Pollensa, with bars and supermarkets, which are within walking distance, without any problem.
Ground floor house for 6 people plus 2 babies, it has a dining room, fully equipped and recently refurbished kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (no bath).
The whole house has air conditioning and Wifi is included in the price.
The living room also has satellite TV. It has a fan.
Outside, there is a barbecue and a table to eat under an awning.
A deposit of 300 € is required to pay on arrival, of which the cost of tourist taxes (2,2 € per person per night) are deducted and the balance will be refunded before departure.
Booking fee: 80,00 € to pay on arrival.
For stays of less than 6 nights a supplement of 144 € will be charged.
Electricity is not included in the price (0,30 €/kw).
A baby cot and high chair are included in the price.
All extras are to be paid on arrival.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Includes a change of sheets and towels for bookings of 14 nights or more.
One change of sheets and towels per week for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Our recommendation is that if you want to visit the island is better to have a rental car to move around comfortably.
If you want to enjoy your holiday in the beach of Puerto Pollensa, it is not necessary to rent a car as the location of Chalet Hibiscus is perfect.

Great location near to the beach, spacious house with air con.
Location, size of rooms, air con. Spacious comfortable house.
Communication with agency good, information received was helpful.
Kitchen equipment needs upgrading, only 5 mugs some of which were chipped. Not enough bigger bowls for saladsserving food
The showers in the house had no pressure and the water was tepid, we used the outside shower which was very good.
Furniture in the upstairs double room - chest of drawers falling apart and inside the drawers was dirty with items left behind from previous people, mattress in this room is very hard and uncomfortable.
