Villa Can Salat Selva

This luxury country home for rent in Majorca, Spain, can accommodate up to 6 people plus 2 babies and is located between Selva and Inca.

It is an ideal place for those who love nature and want to spend a relaxing and calm holiday. The property affords a furnished covered terrace and beautiful garden with a swimming pool, deckchairs and umbrellas.

The sea is only a 20 minutes drive away. We find a total of three double bedrooms. Two of them have comfortable double beds, and there is only one that has two single beds. 3 complete bathrooms, two of them en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dinning room has direct access to the porch with views over the swimming pool.

Wifi included in the price.



Booking fee: 80,00€ to pay on arrival.

Nespresso and Melita.

Pool towels (1 per person).

A baby cot and high chair are included in the price.

All extras are to be paid on arrival.

Change of linen and towels once per week only for stays of 14 nights or more.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

For stays of less of 7 nights a supplement of 90€ will be charged.

Electricity cost from 01/10 to 01/05 (0,30 €/kw).

Moderne geräumige Familienfinca

Ausstattung, Lage ca. 30 Minuten nach Palma, gepflegter Garten, schön eingerichtet, sehr große Kücheninsel perfekt zum Kochen, ruhig gelegen, bis auf Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.

Sehr gute Villa mit toller Lage in Inca!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Can Salat sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Tony, verlief unproblematisch, schnell und reibungslos. Sehr gut möglich, dass wir hierher nochmal zurückkehren. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub!!!

Sehr schöne Finca mit tollen Pool

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in dieser Finca verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, der Kontakt verlief absolut reibungslos. Das Anwesen ist wirklich sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen.

Rund um gelungene Auszeit

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne ruhige Wochen und erlebten herzliche Gastfreundschaft in Form von frischen Landeiern und Früchten, die uns vorbei gebracht wurden. Der Check in verlief unkompliziert und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Auf unsere Bitte nach mehr Geschirrhandtüchern wurde sofort reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise und die Matratzen waren bequem. Der saubere Pool hat eine beachtliche Größe und das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar und mit einem elektrischen Tor gesichert. Das Haus hat eine tolle Dachterrasse. Hier wäre eine Bestuhlung oder Lounge Ecke das absolute Tüpfelchen auf dem „I“ gewesen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen🤩

Natur pur

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Finca Can Salat. Eine traumhafte Finca mit großem Grundstück und Süßwasserpool mitten in der Natur. Die einzigen Nachbarn waren eine Herde Schafe. Ideal zum Ausspannen ohne Stress. Die Liegen sind mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten mal getauscht werden. Es wäre schön wenn auch zwei Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm auf der oberen Dachterasse stehen würden. So könnte man die Terasse auch nutzen.

Wir kommen wieder ...

Wir waren jetzt bereits das 4. Mal in der Finca Can Salat, was eigentlich schon alles sagt. Angefangen bei der Buchung bei der netten und kompetenten Joana, über den immer wieder freundlichen persönlichen Kontakt mit Miguel, dem Besitzer der Finca, die ruhige ländliche und doch sehr gut erschlossene Lage, das perfekt ausgestattete Hause bis hin zu den süssen kleinen Hunden Curro und Juspy auf dem angrenzenden Land, stimmt für uns hier alles. Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht.

Vielen Dank für den top Service und den nunmehr zweiten gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus

15/10/2019 Sehr schöne ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur und dennoch verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wunderschöner Pool und Gartenbereich. Besonderer Dank gilt Joana, die auch unseren zweiten Aufenthalt in diesem Haus zu einem rundum gelungenen Urlaub gemacht hat. Die Betreuung durch Bellmon und Miguel ist super. Bei kleinsten Problemchen wird sofort reagiert. Danke:-)

Den Gast erwartet ein wunderschönes Haus, auf einem sehr grosszügigen Anwesen mit tollem Pool und Aussenbereich. Wer die Ruhe auf der Insel sucht ist hier perfekt untergebracht und durch die Lage der Inselmitte sind jederzeit mit dem Auto in ca. 35 km viele Hotspots der Insel zu erreichen. Das Haus entspricht in der Realität genau den eingestellten Fotos. Wer es puristisch mag , der wird den Style des Hauses lieben. Wir haben das Haus und diesen Standort sehr genossen und uns eher auf die ruhigeren kleineren Dörfer abseits des Trubels konzentriert. Man /n und Frau findet sie noch , die kleinen PERLEN der Insel. Die Kommunikation lief zu jedem Zeitpunkt perfekt mit Bellmon in Person von Joana , einer sehr freundlichen und jederzeit !! sehr hilfsbereiten jungen Frau. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns erneut auf dieses wunderschöne Haus.

Ein schöner Urlaub auf Mallorca..

Außenanlage und Pool sehr schön und gepflegt. Moderne Inneneinrichtung. Sehr netter Kontakt (Vermieter) Lage sehr zentral in alle Richtungen Leider keine Kaffeemaschine Nicht ausreichend Stühle vorhanden Das Zimmer und Bad unten, hinter der Küche, ist gegenüber den anderen Zimmern sehr einfach ausgestattet

Mooie en goed uitgeruste villa !

Centraal gelegen ,airco, mooie inrichting, goed onderhouden zwembad. Iets meer keukengerei, zoals tassen, glazen, ovenschotel+ovenwanten, , ijsemmer.

Jederzeit wieder

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden dort sofort wieder Urlaub machen. Im naheliegenden Ort Inca waren sehr gute Restaurants. Wir konnten das Haus leider mit den angegebenen Daten nicht ins Navi eingeben. Ein Lageplan wäre gut gewesen. Die naheliegende Hundepension war besonders Nachts durch das Bellen bzw. Jaulen der Hunde etwas nervig. Vielleicht sollte man darauf hinweisen.
