A 45 km from the beaches and the ocean, we propose to relax in this house end 18th with 3 fireplaces, a stone paving, bread oven, its sunny garden and whose ground floor is accessible to disabled people .

We have lovingly restored, decorated with care (the old coexists with modern design furniture and mottled).

Ideally located in a hamlet very quiet and preserved in the heart of Roman Saintonge and the vineyards of Charente, close to beautiful historic towns.

Large spaces will be at your disposal and it will be possible to visit a distillery-museum of cognac still in activity and participate in a tasting.
Opportunity to buy Pineau and Cognac on site.


There is in front of the house (expo South) a fenced garden of approx 50 m2 perfect for dining (table for 12 people + deck chairs) and rest.
At the back, there is an open courtyard. At 60 m from the cottage, we provide a very large garden (semi closed) to play football or play outdoor games.
The street in front of the house is not busy even in the summer.

The cottage can accommodate 10 people in 4 bedrooms:
-1 bedroom in the DRC with 2 beds of 90
-1 bedroom on the 1st floor with 1 bed of 160 and 2 beds of 70 (not counted in the total capacity of the cottage because those are beds of 70 wrought iron but they are used for teenagers for example).
-1 bedroom on the 1st floor with 1 bed of 140
-1 bedroom on the 1st with 1 bed of 160 and 2 beds of 90.
There is no Wifi / Internet.

For the spring and autumn periods, we request an EDF participation of 0.1 € Kw / h (with meter reading on arrival and departure)
