Why Ferozali Delawalla chose Navarre Beach
I visited Navarre Beach for the first time about 20 years ago and fell in love with the area. On a subsequent visit I decided to purchase the condo.
What makes this Condo unique
Navarre Beach in a true sense of the word is a 'Beach Retreat'. It is not commercialized and converted to a concrete jungle like neighboring city of Destin. It is convenient for shopping, dining and one of the best attractions in the area every one should visit is the Naval Air Museum. If the Blue Angels are in town and have practices scheduled then that is an added bonus.

So much to love about this condo!
So much to love, where do I begin?! How about the location... you will literally walk right into the front door of this condo as soon as you exit the elevators! It’s on the second floor, and we never had to wait for an elevator longer than a few seconds. Also, the trash chute is directly across from the front door (right beside the elevators), so taking out the trash is a piece of cake. Being on the second floor offers breathtaking views of the beach and gives you a really good shot at seeing some dolphins playing early in the morning. The beach access is crazy convenient and very well maintained with a place to rinse off after a relaxing day on this amazing beach! We thought the condo itself was very well equipped with most of the things we needed for our stay. There were a few little Nik Nak items that would have been nice in the kitchen (like a coffee scoop), but now I’m just being picky! The master bedroom seemed a bit warmer than the rest of the condo, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping like a baby on their over the top comfortable mattress! The only real complaint I can come up with is that it wasn’t quite as clean as I would have liked. It wasn’t filthy, but it did appear that some things may have been overlooked. I don’t think the floors were mopped, or if they were, they weren’t mopped well. The reason I know this is because I have a toddler, and her feet were filthy after walking barefoot on the floors. With this said, we would LOVE to stay in this condo again, and would recommend it without reservation! Happy Beaching! 🏖🏖🏖
P.S. October is an unbelievable time to visit! Not too hot, not too cold. I never broke a sweat all week, but the water was still warm enough to swim etc. Truly the best beach trip I’ve ever had... ☀️
Need brighter lights in master bedroom
Need brighter lights in the master bedroom the couch and loveseat in the living room was very uncomfortable and low to the ground
This condo is exactly what we were looking for, close to the pier, a couple restaurants within walking distance. Very clean condo and the beach wasn't crowded. We will stay here when we visit Navarre Beach again.
Great time loved the accommodations.
Exactly what we wanted and needed. Accurate description. Easy beach access. Beautiful views. Only thing missing: bar-height chairs for unobstructed view over balcony railing. We would definitely book again!
Thanks very much for your review, I am happy to learn that you enjoyed yourself. I would be happy to have you back again.
Navarre was once called Florida’s “Best Kept Secret,” but the word is out and the town of Navarre’s residential growth has more than doubled over the past ten years. Located on Florida’s north Gulf Coast (the “Emerald Coast,”) it is undoubtedly the sun, sand and surf that most attracts visitors and newcomers to this lovely town that is located off the beaten path. Navarre, also called Navarre Beach, has beaches that have been ranked as the best in the country for their beauty, safety and cleanliness. This is a great place for anyone who loves to explore the outdoors, and Santa Rosa County is known as the “Canoe Capital of Florida,” with the largest concentration of excellent canoeing rivers in the state. Navarre Beach State Park has nature trails for hiking and biking, picnic shelters, a canoe launch and camping, while the Navarre Nature Walk Park has a one-mile waterfront boardwalk along the Santa Rosa Sound.
The Naval Air Museum, home of the Blue Angels is a must see in Pensacola.
