Enjoyed our stay very much! The house is large and has several areas that a family can enjoy—wrap around porch with rocking chairs, screened porch, backyard, living room, and kitchen nook.
We loved our stay at The Pines! Linda was responsive to questions and more than helpful with questions about her house and our stay. The house was perfect for our family and completely provisioned with everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach! The location is in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the beach and into town! Would definitely stay here again!
This is our second year at Linda's home and we all love staying there. It has enough room to accommodate all 12 of us and not feel crowded. You can tell Linda appointed each room with love and care.
The Pines Ocean-Block Home provided everything we could have asked for in our "perfect" week at Rehoboth. Amenities, location, and plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the porches, front and back, and a well stocked kitchen which had everything we needed. We walked to the beach and into town in minutes! This house was well suited for our group of friends and family! Would highly recommend!
This home had everything...from closeness to the beach (2 block walk) to screened in porch and large kitchen and living room.
The owner responded to any questions quickly and was helpful with giving suggestions by providing a Q & A book at the home.
We had a wonderful two weeks here. The house is immaculate, with many inviting spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms.
We love the neighborhood, which is both quiet, and close to town and Cape Henlopen State Park. Linda could not have been more welcoming.
Everything about this property was perfect for a multi-generational family vacation. Close to beach, walk into town, tot park nearby, ample beds for a variety of configurations. Owners were very easy to work with. Would definitely go back.
Our stay was everything we wanted, the beds were comfortable, kitchen worked well, places for everyone to sit. Great front porch with rockers, perfect location with walking distance to everything!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We are four Penn State friends for over 55 years and get together once a year to celebrate our long friendship. We have met all over the east coast from New York to Florida and this is the first time that we have stayed at the same home more than once. Our second visit met all our expectations. The house is great in all aspects.

A very comfortable treat to stay in, and an easy walk to the beach.
Six of us had a great stay at 25 Columbia Ave. You're just a block from the beach access and an easy walk, or bike ride even with little kids. We also rode our bikes into town for an ice cream every day which is also very easy. The house is also close to Cape Henolopen park where you can find some WWII gun turrets and a great lighthouse up the bike trail a mile or two. Plus, there are public tennis courts. The house is really nice, beautifully decorated and very clean. The street is a little busier than you might like, but traffic moves slowly and is accustomed to kids and bikes. Plus, it's great to sit on the great front porch and watch folks go by.

Extended Family Stay at 25 Columbia, Rehobeth Beach, Deleware.
I highly recommend a stay at 25 Columbia ave.in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The house was all it was represented to be. It perfectly fit the needs of our bi-annual extended family gathering. The eight adults and five grand children had more than enough room to eat, sleep, play, and relax. It was very clean and warmly decorated, The high ceilings in all rooms made the rooms feel even more open and spacious. It was extremely hot and humid while we were there so we did spend much of our eating/ happy hour times indoors or on the lovely screened back porch with the ceiling fan going. We never felt crowded as the house is well designed for movement and multiple conversation area. So much to do in the area. It's location 1/2 Block from the ocean made for an easy walk to the beach with all the kids and an easy pull fold up beach wagon. Rehobeth has much to offer from beach to boardwalk to shopping, dinning and concerts at the band shell. Henlopen State Park in Lewes, Assatuegua Island, and crabbing off old fishing docks gave us all wonderful memories of our stay on the DelMar peninsula The owners were great to work with, the home was really like our home for the 7 day stay. The welcome bottle of wine was nice, too.

Beautiful Rehoboth Home!!
We visit Rehoboth every year and wanted to try a new house. Linda was very accommodating and had everything we could possible need. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. The house is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We really fell in love with the place and can't wait to stay there again!! Thank you Linda!!
