The property is situated on the beautiful slopes of Monte Amiata,in the southern half of Tuscany,just 2 Kms from the busy hill town of Castel del Piano. It is set in a silver olive grove,very close to one hidden natural pool in the river nearby,Podere San Vincenzo is built on the plant of 15th century chapel. The flat is warm and comfortable with typical country style furniture,with cotto floors,wooden beams and doors, the entry is into a large living/dining area with open plan kitchen and fire-place. There is one large double bedroom and a smaller double/twin,so the flat can accommodate three or four persons. Well appointed bathroom (provided with a washing machine). The views from the flat are wonderful and there is free access to a barbeque and garden furniture. The central location of Podere San Vincenzo offers visitors easy access to spas, historic towns, excursions, trekking in the Parks of Maremma, Monte Amiata and Monte Labbro

BELLISSIMA SETTIMANA

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica in questa casa in mezzo alla natura. Relax e divertimento per noi e i bambini grazie alla bellissima piscina. Zona stupenda! Tutto bellissimo! Talmente bello che poi risulta davvero difficile tornare alla solita vita di routine. Proprietari simpaticissimi e sempre disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Grazie davvero per la bellissima vacanza!!!

Wie bei Oma - Einfach entspannen

Wir waren im Juli da. Anfangs war es sehr warm. Man sollte sich einen Lüfter zum Schlafen mitbringen. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist Urlaub auf dem Lande! Für kleine Kinder gibt es viel zu spielen. Die Geräusche Nachts und am Tag die Zikaden - der Hammer. Wir haben die Hälfte der Zeit nur Gelesen während die Kinder gespielt, den Esel gefüttert oder im Pool waren. Ich denke gerade mit zwei Familien oder mit den Großeltern der beste Urlaub, den man machen kann. Zum Meer 1h. Leider ist die Toskana widererwartend sehr groß gewesen sodass Besuche der meisten Orte immer mit 1-2h Anfahrt verbunden ist. Dafür kann aber Paolo nichts. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit 2 separaten Ferienwohnungen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, leider konnte der Pool nicht genutzt werden und aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass eine zweite Ferienwohnung in dem Haus angeboten wird. Wenn diese belegt ist, teilt man sich die Außenanlage und den Pool mit den anderen Ferienhausgästen. Stefano und Paolo sind sehr hilfsbereit und super sympathisch. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind wirklich wunderbar.

Sehr ruhig gelegen

Wunderbarer Ort zum Ausruhen und Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, herrlichen Weitsicht. Oberhalb hat es eine sehr gute Pizzeria die auch Take Away anbietet. Unsere Tochter hatte viel Spass. Perfekt für Familien, die zwei eigene Appartements wollen.

Auftanken in der stille der herrlichen toskanischen Landschaft

Questa tradizionale casa in pietra con arredi accoglienti, il bel giardino recintato e la piscina, è esattamente quello che stavamo cercando. Mio marito, io e il nostro cane ci siamo davvero goduti la nostra settimana qui e ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanere più a lungo. Le splendide viste e la tranquillità della maestosa campagna toscana sono davvero curative. Qui abbiamo potuto ricaricare le batterie e fare un po' di lavoro online a parte. È perfetto! Ci piacerebbe ritornare.

Wundervoll!

Ich könnte mir kaum ein schöneres Haus in besserer Lage vorstellen - wunderbar, und super klasse mit dem Pool. Fantastische Sonnenuntergänge die man dort entspannt genießen kann. Das Haus selbst ist schöner und geschmackvoller eingerichtet als man es in den Fotos sieht. Die Landschaft direkt um das Haus ist einzigartig, und die umliegenden Orte sehr schön. Paolo und Stefano sind sehr sympatisch und unkompliziert. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen können! Vielen Dank! Stefan
