Spacious luxury villa, situated in the exclusive residential area Clube Atlantico, within walking distance of some beautiful beaches and 3 km from the lively fishing village of Carvoeiro.
The house includes 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a brand new kitchen with all modern comforts, living and sitting area with fireplace.
The site is closed with an automatic gate. There is a lovely garden with (heated) pool and palm trees.
There are several (covered) terraces where you can relax or enjoy the BBQ. There are plenty of deck chairs and other outdoor furniture available.
