Tolle Lage

Wunderbare Lage. Mitten in der Altstadt. Ruhig. Kurzer Fussweg zum öffentlichen PP. Sehr sauber. Gut betreut. Einige Manko's bei der Küchenausrüstung. Messer unbrauchbar. Dachterasse mit Top Aussicht auf das Meer. Leider keine Liegestühle und auch kein Sonnenschirm. So betrachte Preis Leistung eher knapp.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town with fantastic view from the roof terrace

This is a lovely apartment, newly renovated and decorated in the heart of the old town of Vieste. Just steps away from characterful shops, bars and restaurants and with a fantastic view of the sea from the spacious roof terrace. The beach is a five minute walk away and is a vast stretch of sand with clear blue sea to swim in.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

The apartment is beautifully presented, with lots of lovely touches and details. The photos give a good idea of the lay out and the quality of the place. Of course the view from the terrace, which sees sun all day long, is simply fantastic. Access to the apartment is from the narrow streets and steps which is within the old town. There are plenty of café bars and restaurants nearby and the beach is a 5 or maybe 10 minute walk. Tania (host) was helpfully and organised some parking for us. A great holiday.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in bester Lage! *****

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt von Vieste. Die Wohnung wurde 2016 liebevoll komplett restauriert und ist gespickt mit handverlesener und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren blitzeblank hergerichtet und wirklich ein Traum – nix, aber absolut auch gar nix auszusetzen. Auch die Lage ist optimal mit kurzen Wegen in die Altstadt; aber auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Für die Abende und zum Trocknen von Wäsche gibt es eine geräumige Dachterasse mit Blick auf's Meer. Sowohl für aktive Urlaube als auch für ein paar Tage "dolce far' niente" eine goldrichtige Wahl. Die charmante Besitzerin kommuniziert gut auf Englisch und war bei Fragen zur sonstigen Urlaubsgestaltung stets eine wertvolle Hilfe, indem sie mit lokalen Insidertips aufwartete. All das rechtfertigt den etwas höheren Preis der Wohnung – es gab wirklich keinen einzigen Wermutstropfen bei diesem Urlaub. Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Bel appartement au coeur de Vieste

Vieille maison entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et avec des équipements de qualité. Idéalement située dans une rue calme à quelques mètres pourtant, des bars et restaurants d'une ville très animée en été. Toit terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Propriétaire très professionnelle mais néanmoins accueillante, disponible et soucieuse du confort de ses hôtes. Au final un séjour très réussi. Nous recommandons chaudement la maison Geko!
