On the seafront of Forio tourist rental of detached villa, surrounded by greenery, with a large outdoor area and located in a quiet area 5 minutes from the center. Composed of large air-conditioned lounge, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one double, air-conditioned, with en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other two with separate beds and 2nd bathroom with shower. The villa is ideal for 5 people with the possibility of adding a sixth single bed for a fee.
The accommodation can be reached on foot in 10/15 min. from the port of Forio.

Relax tra verde e blu

La casa è circondata da un bellissimo giardino e gode di un ampio patio. Ben attrezzata, adatta a 5 persone, in quanto dotata di 3 camere da letto di cui una molto piccola. Ottima la posizione a 10 minuti dal paese, comoda per chi come noi era senza auto. In ogni caso il supermercato di Forio ci ha consegnato la spesa a domicilio. Molto apprezzato l'accesso privato al mare condiviso solo con altra proprietà. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà e la casa al nostro arrivo era perfettamente pulita. Comsigliata per una vacanza comoda, nel verde e vicino al mare!

Ein Paradies!

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage war perfekt, das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit einem kleinen Kind war es ideal, der außen Bereich ist sehr schön und groß, und wunderbar gepflegt. Das Haus ist großzügig und sehr gut eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen, preis-Leistung Verhältnis hat für uns absolut gestimmt!

According to the website there was a Wi-Fi. But there was no Wi-Fi.

The location was great because myself and the children can walk into the Centro and to the beaches. Easy to get a taxi. The biggest problem was no Wi-Fi. According to the website it said Villa Wi-Fi but that was not so. The children cannot use their devices and we could not use our telephones. Also somebody was going to come and change the sheets but did not come so I did it. Other than that I love the house it is absolutely perfect! It would be nice to have a clock in the house as well as the radio but it was a vacation!

Close to Forio

It was a quiet, secluded, attractive location with a pleasant covered patio. The house was well-appointed, roomy with two bathrooms. Fiorella was very helpful for restaurants, etc. Although there was no sea view, one could access the sea through a tunnel under the road. There was no wifi.

Una villa ad Ischia tutta da scoprire

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi al nostro arrivo. La casa è ampia, allegra e ben arredata. Il caldo eccezionale di quest'anno non è stato un problema : oltre all'aria condizionata, il patio ventilato ci ha permesso di fare tutti i pasti all'aperto! La posizione è ottima, si può passeggiare a piedi fino a Forio, e di fronte alla villa scendendo delle scalette, siamo arrivati a degli scogli dove abbiamo fatto il bagno in un'acqua fresca e cristallina. Non dimenticheremo questo soggiorno, tra giornate alle terme, escursioni e immersioni, ringraziamo calorosamente la signora Fiorella per la sua accoglienza e gentilezza.

È stata una vacanza stupenda :-)

Siamo stati ospiti della signora Fiorella per due settimane, la villa si trova a due passi dagli scogli degli innamorati da dove si possono ammirare dei tramonti incantevoli. La casa è in una posizione strategica a metà strada fra le terme “Poseidon” e la bellissima spiaggia di Chiaia, il tutto a due passi dal centro storico di Forio. La casa è spaziosa, arredata con gusto, molto pulita e attrezzata con tutto quello che serve, non manca nulla. La signora Fiorella e gentilissima, premurosa e fa di tutto per mettere i suoi ospiti a loro agio. Non dimenticheremo facilmente anche il tempo trascorso nell'ampio e attrezzatissimo giardino ricco di una vegetazione bella e imponente. È stata una bellissima vacanza, in un'angolo di paradiso, noi la consigliamo vivamente. Grazie di tutto e arrivederci!

Villino situato nel verde all'insegna del silenzio.

Sono stato per una week lungo nella casa della Signora Fiorella la quale si è dimostrata molto attenta e gentile nei nostri confronti. La casa è grande situata al piano terra dotata di un bel cortile, con patio e piante. L'alloggio è silenzioso ed è composto da 3 camere, 2 bagni e cucina, oltre ad un grande salone. Al nostro arrivo la casa era pulita e si è presentata in un buono stato di conservazione. In una prossima vacanza ad Ischia la sceglierei nuovamente.
