Was just what we needed for a quick beach fix! Property was nice, but the outside light is as bright as the sun and we finally had to throw some dark blankets over the bedroom windows in order to sleep. Kitchen was well appointed. View was excellent, and we enjoyed the balcony both morning and evening. Responses from the host were timely and helpful. We will be back!

excellent accommodation!

We enjoyed our stay very much. This condo is the perfect size for two people, and it is in a perfect location, with direct access to the beach. We will stay here again.

Everything was clean enough, the washer and dryer are very nice! The oven works great and so does the ice maker but we had to Google how to use the Bosch dishwasher! Lol….….There was no pizza cutter nor pizza pan! Plenty of start supply’s like washing detergent, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, coffee pot was a mini size, a regular size or k-cup would have been better! parking was a little tight so watch for door dings ! It rained during our stay, we would have loved to sit on our patio facing ocean , but the deck above us leaked so bad we could not sat outside to enjoy our view! The pictures are deceiving on how to get to beach, there are 30 steps to get down to the beach! But it was a nice stairway made of plastic lumber!

Annual Beach Trip

Great Location. Views of beach and ocean are fantastic. Condo kitchen well stocked for cooking. Space and furnishings are A little dated, yet still enjoyable enough. Master bed comfy. Bunk beds are not comfy. Overall, quite an enjoyable stay.

Amazing View

This condo was well appointed and the view is just amazing! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach chairs included is a wonderful perk. The communication with the 30A VACA was stellar. These condos are a little older, but you can’t get a view or a place closer to the beach anywhere else. This was our 12th year vacationing in the area and this condo can’t be beat!
