Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal, um mit Familie einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Blick auf die Girondemündung und das Meer ist atemberaubend. Bäcker, Markt, Cafés und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wonderful views

We had a wonderful stay at this appartment. Once up the central staircase the appartment opens up to a very large living area with fantastic views over the estuary. The balcony door and window opened fully allowing the outside in. The village and amenities are only a few minutes walk and offer a good variety of shops and restaurants to relax in the french sunshine and enjoy the live music.

Parfait en dehors des travaux et du garage encombré

Il eut été bien d’être prévenu que l’immeuble était en travaux ( grues burineurs et marteaux toute la semaine ) Et le garage est encombré et ne permet de garer qu’une mini voiture Sinon l’appartement est parfait et bien situé

Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation. Je tiens juste à préciser que les travaux n'étaient pas prévus à cette date et qu'ils sont terminés. Depuis votre séjour, le garage n'est plus encombré et permet de garer une voiture standard.

Es handelt sich um eine etwas ältere, aber gepflegte Residenz. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht mit Blick auf das Meer ist hervorragend. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele, die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Es wurde nie langweilig. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Super séjour en Charente maritime

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location à St Georges de Didonnes. La vue est fantastique, l'appartement idéalement situé pour profiter de la plage ,des pistes cyclables et des commerces. Nous avons bénéficié de la douceur de l'été indien ...Que du bonheur !!! Uitzicht prima, maar verder nogal wat tekortkomingen.

De aanwezige lift komt niet op de woonverdieping; je moet na de lift eerst een trap van 8 treden omlaag en dan na de voordeur (met gebladderde verf) weer een trap van 16 treden omhoog. Linnengoed was niet aanwezig, wat in het geheel niet genoemd werd. In de badkamer brandde maar 1 van de 3 lampjes; het was daar schemerachtig, waardoor de badrand met schimmel niet zo erg opviel. De kamerdeur kon niet dicht, omdat het bovenste scharnier los zat. De keuken was niet echt schoon. Het zonnescherm kon slechts met veel kracht in- en uitgedraaid worden. Het met de hand geschreven wachtwoord voor WIFI kon eerst na drie ontcijferd worden.

toujours très agréable de passer à l'appartement et ce même si la météo ne s'y prête pas

Super appartement que je me dois de vous recommander au plus vite pour que vous puissiez en jouir quand il est libre. le vue est imprenable, tous les jours on je lève avec vue sur de nouvelles couleurs. Avec les enfants, la proximité de la plage et des commerces est indispensable car on ne sait pas courir derrière eux en même temps. au niveau de l’équipement de l'appart, il est très bon, chaque année il y a de petites améliorations, cette année c'est l'arrivée du WI-FI qui nous a vraiment beaucoup servi car la 4G était totalement saturée sur la côte. dans l'ensemble, nous attendons déjà l'été prochain pour revenir (bonne nouvelle, il reste plus que 50 semaines:-) )
