Hello, my name is George and I am the owner of the restaurant "Chrisambelos" and the two apartments above in the small town of Istro. The tavern is in our family for generations as it was started by my grandfather. I love fishing, which I often do in my boat. Coincidently, it s the only boat of the village. Other than that, I keep myself busy with farming. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask!
