OUTSTANDING luxury 4 bed pool villa situated in Hampton Lakes, Orlando
Located in Hampton Lakes, 15 mins drive from Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Epcot, Seaworld, Disneyland, Kennedy Space Centre, Tampa Bay, Clearwater etc. Also close to all amenities such as Walmart, Target & Publix supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and pharmacies. Recently opened a very welcome Aldi in Haines City and another Aldi 15 minutes drive. Newly refurbished March 2016 containing: climate control air con & heating, nautical theme master beds, twin pirate room, twin animal theme room (spot the monkey! Our fully fitted games room has a foosball table, dartboard, netball hoops, a pool table and an adaptable ping pong/table tennis shelf that you can play on top of the pool table. There is a 65" HD flat screen tv in the Main Lounge & flat screen tv's in all 4 bedrooms. Full cable access & free wi-fi, south east facing pool with parasol, table, chairs & 2 comfy loungers. We have recently installed solar pool heating which is free of charge to all our customers. If, however, this is not warm enough for you, we can arrange for the electric pool heater to be switched on at a charge of $15 per day. Installed in Jan 2020 a brand new shaker style kitchen with quartz worktops, mixer taps, food disposal & undercounter mood lighting. New cooker/stove. New sofas and coffee tables for 2020. Utility room contains brand new washer & dryer. There is a travel cot in the Animal Room closet for your little hatchlings, hairdryers in all 3 bathrooms. The villa is constantly being up dated to keep it in tip top condition for our guests to relax and enjoy. A 2nd En-Suite was installed in October '18 which makes it a 3 bathroom property. Everything from a microwave to a monkey!!

Hello, our names are Rob & Denise Perry. We purchased this beautiful house in March 2016 and totally refurbished it.. We stripped 90% of the furniture out and started from scratch! The pool has been resurfaced with a cute chasing dolphins design and we have installed a solar pool heating which is now COMPLETELY FREE to all our guests. Yeehar!! We purchased new furniture for all four bedrooms, new bedroom linen, bathroom towels, a new oven/stove, new microwave. We laid new flooring in the kitchen/diner and en-suite master bathroom. Installed a new toilet in the master en-suite. Re-painted the entire house in light, airy colours, giving it a coastal/nautical theme. The two adult bedrooms are beautifully furnished with super comfortable beds and a coastal feel. The two twin rooms are a Pirate Room with hanging fish nets and a spooky pirate's galleon ship under a huge moonlit sky and the Animal Room is full of jungle animals and hanging monkeys. Our son, who is 31, was adamant that he wanted to stay in the Pirate Room this year!! The Games Room has been fully refurbished with air conditioning, a sofa bed for comfort, a Tiki bar, an 8ft pool table, dartboard, foosball table, ping pong table and hoops. Great fun after a day in the sun. We are staying at the villa in January 2018 to install new air conditioning throughout the villa (excluding the Games Room as this is brand new). This will help bring it into the 21st century and will provide a more energy efficient climate control. Please note this is a smoke free home. We are also installing new patio doors, and installing a new dryer in the utility room. If we get time, we are going to try and get to Miami this trip and maybe explore some other places we haven't been to. So many stunning places to visit and never enough time!!

Why they chose this property
When we first drove into Hampton Lakes, we were bowled over by its serenity and beautiful, tree lined streets. All the property owners take a pride in and maintain their homes and gardens to a very high standard. It took us two weeks of hard slog to bring this property back into the 21st century and have turned it from a dark, old fashioned home into a coastal/nautical, light and airy property designed for relaxation and comfort. Although we worked extremely hard, we enjoyed every minute of it and while we were stripping the house and filling it with brand new furniture, we got talking to the local people and neighbours who were very friendly and supportive of our venture.

Davenport Lake is only a few minutes away and is free to our guests. If you fancy a change of scenery and a game of volleyball or tennis, there are floodlit tennis courts and a sandy volleyball court for you to play. This is free of charge to our guests.
