Super large six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, south facing pool with spa. Full gaming room, close to walt disney world, new appliances, new granite counter tops, home sleeps 14 easy plus babies, bay stroller, baby cot and high chair, fully stocked with dishes, linens, towels, tvs, wifi, smart tvs. Roku. Pool and spa can be heated for additional charge payable after you book. Local property manager near by to help with anything you need. Covered pool lanai to enjoy eating by pool rain or shine , night or day! Pool heat is $30 per day if needed. Local publix within walking distance, walmart only 6 miles down the road. Close to many places to eat. Can be to either beach line in a hour and half.

The whole house with details before we booked was to the TEA ! House was amazing had everything. Clean. Well equipped with everything we needed. Enough room for 4adults and 5 teenagers. The weather was great… we had an issue with the sink one morning but maintenance came over with no problem and fixed it. Thank you Thank you Thank you

Built-in hot tub was great. The house was clean and the hose was very responsive. Did have an issue with one of the furnaces not working, as the temps did get down into the 40's overnight a couple times. Hose offered to have a repair service come work in it, but I declined as our stay was almost done.

Beautiful place

The house is very beautiful and clean. If I had any issues with anything The Host had great response time and took care of everything. Whenever I do travel back to Florida I would definitely be booking this place.

Attention to details

The place was fairly clean except no thought to clean under the sofa cushions as it was filled with insects. The pool and hot tub were to be heated the entire time of our stay. Call the property manager and advise that heat was off or not working they never got back to me as to why or if it would be working before we left

Family Vacation

We had a one week vacation with my husband, myself, and three adult children. We have been coming to the Davenport area for many years and have rented many vacation homes. This home was by far the best we have ever stayed in. It was clean and updated. The pictures were accurate. We’ve stayed in other homes where the pictures look great but we’re probably taken a long time ago. Not with this house, everything was clean and fresh looking and we had plenty of room to spread out. We ate most of our meals out, but the kitchen was very well equipped if we had wanted to cook. We will definitely try to rent this house again when we are in the Davenport area.
