Nice 2 rooms on the 5th floor with elevator. Maximum comfort. A closed bedroom and two bunk beds in the entrance also closed. A bed BZ in the living room. Balcony of 6m2. Building located in Charruyer Park. On foot: 100m from a spa, 4 minutes from the beach, 7 minutes from the historic center, the Old Port and the casino. Quiet location, free parking in front of the residence. Shops very close; children's games and animal park close by.

Lovely stay in LaRochelle

Pauline’s apartment is bright, quiet and clean! Pauline is very communicative and helpful. The apartment is well located, only 10 min. from the old part of town and port. It is also right next to a fabulous park. The carrefour city is only a block away.

L’appartement est suffisamment proche de tous les centres d’intĂ©rĂȘt de la ville de La Rochelle pour permettre d’y accĂ©der Ă  pied rapidement, tout en en Ă©tant suffisamment Ă©loignĂ© pour ne pas ĂȘtre impactĂ© par l’agitation et les nuisances sonores du Vieux Port. Séjour trÚs agréable dans une ville pleine de charme qui offre détente sur la plage ensoleillée, baignades, promenades et grand choix de restaurants. Appartement cosy propre et en bon état situé dans le quartier de la Genette à 15 minutes à pied du marché couvert et de la plage de la concurrence. Propriétaires trÚs sympathiques.
