Top location on Wrightsville Beach for a family beach and boat vacation on quiet, peaceful South Lumina. Amazing ocean and sound views from 4 decks. The beach access is a 5 minute walk down the street, and the house also has a private, calm beach at the sound side dock with your deep-water boat slip and gazebo on Banks Channel. The dock is a great spot for the kids to fish! South Lumina is a one-way, slow-moving, minimal traffic street – likely more runners and bikers than cars, and no public parking.

Stunning ocean sunrises. Afternoon and evening ocean-side gatherings on the huge deck are comfortable in the shade - sunglasses not needed! This open floor plan is perfect for large families and entertaining, and has ocean views from almost every room. Don’t worry about hauling in your Keurig – we’ve got that! 4 Hi-Def flat screen TV’s. Elevator, whirlpool tub and outdoor shower. 3-car garage and total parking for 6 or more cars.

The Oceanic Restaurant and ocean pier is a 3-minute walk from your front door. Across the street from the restaurant is a beachy little coffee shop/cafe – with ocean views! Simply put, this beach house truly has it all!

Fantastic property exactly as advertised. Lots of beach toys including two wagons which came in very handy.had access to a dock which was a great surprise. Advertise for 13 people but only had like 8 forks and no extra toilet paper. Pillows pretty flat. Really minor minor minor points. Would stay here again was a fantastic location tons of room lots of beds great common areas

A wonderful house we've enjoyed for years

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th straight year vacationing for a week in this wonderful house. We've always loved it for many reasons, including its spaciousness, wonderful views, its access to the beach and the channel. Beach access was made more difficult this year by some beach front neighbors blocking long-used paths. We need to improve this.
