Beautiful bioclimatic house of 120m2 located in the hamlet of Kervran.
Built on a closed and sheltered fiels of 650m2, this house will seduce you by its contemporary inside and its ideal terrace for sunbathings(sun tops) and barbecue.
Fine sand beaches are only at 1km. If you are interested in the nautical activities, the small sea of Gavres will allow you to practice windsurfing board or even kite surf!

At 1km of the city center and its businesses. You can also get yourselves your fruits and organic vegetables with our neighbor.

Having visited almost ile of gavres, the citadel of Port Louis, you can discover the ria of etel situated at only 5kms.
You can continue your strolls towards the ports of "St Goustan", "Trinité sur Mer" before leaving to discover Carnac and "Prequ'ile de Quiberon"
