Villa very nice and bright, with kitchen and large living room with bay window overlooking the sea. Fully equipped kitchen. Big Screen TV. Mosquito nets on all windows. Bed linen and towels provided. A lovely house on the beach.

We stayed in this lovely property for 7 nights. It is located very close to the sea, good view, private beach, good size pool well maintained garden and good facilities with wifi connections and sattelite TV. The beach was amazing too, although people can be so dirty sometimes as they left behind a lot of rubbish on that unspoilt beach. The only reason I did not give it a full 5 star is because the period we were there, there were loads and loads of flies which spoilt our relaxation a bit. This is no fault of the owner as nature has a mind of its own sometimes. The mosquito netting around the window/doors could be renewed as the gaps allowed the flies to come in enmasse. I suppose if you are good managing these flies you are fine. We were just not prepared for them. Overall it is a lovely property and we would love to come back again next year and this time we will be prepared on how to tackle the litte flying creatures around the compound. My kids had a lovely time as there were chickens in the barn, olive trees all around and plenty ample space for chilren to safely run around and be care free. Lovely property and would definitely recommend. Nabeul city is also a chariming town and great for shopping local stuff.

Excellent séjour!

On a passé un excellent séjour à villa el Fell. Villa conforme au photo sur l’annonce, propre et sécurisée, on était bien accueilli et on nous a fourni des couvertures et un chauffage. Excellent séjour

Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec des amis pour fêter notre 30ème anniversaire ensemble. Le cadre était excellent. Nous avons bien profité. La maison était équipée et on avait ce qu'il fallait en couettes et serviettes. Le gérant était au top, il nous a même montré la route avec son propre véhicule. Tout était nickel de A à Z. Je recommande vivement.

Un petit paradis

Très belle villa au bord de la mer avec une superbe piscine. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille et recommandons cette location. Un gardien tres gentil se trouve sur place, il veille à l'entretien quotidien du jardin et de la piscine.

Très belle maison environnement époustouflants...

j'ai passé 5 nuits du vendredi 24 avril au mercredi 29 avril 2015 Je voyage beaucoup est suis donc très exigent. Et pourtant que des compliments : la maisons est magnifique toutes les fenêtres donne sur la mer et elle est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et le propriétaire est très soucieux du détails jusqu'à la jumelle. La vue est à couper le souffle et l'accueil n'est pas en reste. Merci beaucoup à Hatem Naoufal Ainsi que Abdel Aziz pour leur disponibilité et leur sourires. Milles merci Et si Dieu le veut je reviendrais très prochainement... Très cordialement kaïs

Maison très agréable

Très jolie maison en bord de mer. Nous avons passe un agréable séjour avec une piscine parfaite. L'endroit est très calme. La mer est superbe. Nous sommes très content et espérons revenir l'année prochaine. Merci.

Bon Séjour

Vacances en famille dans une résidence au calme retirée des nuisances des grandes villes, idéale pour se reposer et se ressourcer, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Superbe vue panoramique sur la mer. Piscine de différents niveaux idéale pour les enfants. Gardien serviable, ainsi que le gérant Naoufel et de bons conseils pour votre séjour. voiture indispensable.

Nice quite villa in the Tunisian countryside

We are a family of four (two kids age 2 and 4). We stayed at the villa for a couple of days at the end of the month of September 2013. The location: The villa is located at the outskirts of a small village called Maamoura at about half hour ride from Hammamet and 45 min for Nabel. You absolutely need a car and some directions to get there. The Villa is about a thousand feet from a beautiful sandy wild beach. Regrettably the beach is not cleaned by the city workers so there were plenty of plastic bottles and weeds. Considering the distance from the villa to the beach, you might think about bringing a beach cart if you’re planning on transporting beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas. The villa is gated and guarded so we always felt safe even in such a remote location in the Tunisian countryside. We did not venture at night as the roads were poorly lit. Accommodation and equipment: The villa is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has basic equipment. At the time of our stay, there was no Oven (only a cook Top) and the washing machine was being repaired. Overall, if you are looking for some quite location far from the chaos of the city and if you would like to discover the Tunisian countryside, this would definitely be the place.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine du 19 au 25 octobre dans cette superbe maison, tres propre et modeŕne la piscine est génial une superbe vue sur la mer. Mais surtout mille merci a Naoufel le gardien plus que serviable disponible a tout moment. Nous n oublierons pas le service que vous nous avez rendu en pleine nuit merci encore. Merci a hatem la location a tenu ses promesses . Une seul chose a dire vivement l année prochaine car c est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons

"nous avons passé 18 jour...

"nous avons passé 18 jours a Maarmoura dans cette villa. nous avons été acueilli par Naoufel qui a été aux petit soins avec nous. La maison se trouve a 4 km du village et a 150m de la mer. Pour ceux qui aiment les endroits calme et sauvage c''est l''ideal! en plus la maison beneficie d''1 grande piscine a partager avec l''autre villa. la maison est toute neuve seul petit bemol elle manque d''equipement(pas de wifi, four, clim, machiner a laver le linge) 1 voiture est absolument indispensable pour vous deplacer et visiter la region. Nabeul est a 15 mn en voiture et Hammamet 25 minutes. vous trouverez des legumes bio au village et vous pourrez acheter votre poisson sur la plage (tous les jours il ya des pecheurs)et vous n''aurez pus qu''a les faire cuire au barbecue. Nous avons rencontré Hatem le propriétaire qui a été tres sympathique et qui nous a rendu service. Alors si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances n''hesiter plus à venir a Maarmoura!!!
