Cleanliness was not good .Caught conjunctivitis from towels provided by the host .1 set of towels for two weeks .dust everywhere I have pictures to provide.dish ruck was filthy.1 plug for 4 sinks.No toilet paper provided .had to go out to buy cleaning products .cloth for cleaning the bath was an old duster that smelt.decir tired and Mish mush

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Schöne und sichere Gegend, der Strand ist auch Traumhaft.

気楽な海の町滞在

アパートの場合は分かりづらかったです。現地の携帯もないので、オーナーにチェックインの連絡を取るのは大変です。部屋は広くて綺麗でした。調理器具やバスタオルなどのリネンが不足していたのが残念。車がないとレンタル困難だと思います。

Etwas abgelegen aber sehr ruhig. Der Fernseher müßte etwas größer sein. den Schrank sollte man reparieren lassen! es war trotzdem schön! Der Vermieter sehr nett freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Traumhafte Aussicht!

Die Wohnung war genau so, wie sie hier beschrieben wurde. Optimale Lage, in einem schönen, ruhigen Wohnviertel, dennoch zentral gelegen. Wir konnten Restaurants, Supermärkte und das Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Meer sind es auch nur gemütliche 15 Minuten Fußweg. Das Schönste ist die Aussicht auf das Meer von einem schönen großen Balkon. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn irgend etwas fehlte oder mal etwas nicht funktionierte wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Bei unserer Anreise befand sich die Wohnung in einem Top sauberen Zustand. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super Meerblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie auf der Homepage beschrieben. Sie liegt in einer wunderbar ruhigen Gegend. Der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft schön. Das Meer ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ohne Probleme. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne!

El apartamento esta muy bien para unas vacaciones, y el propìetario y su familia extremadamente amable y educados, por el precio no se puede pedir mas esta muy bien, la playa que esta cerca del apartamento no esta muy bien pero se puede ir a cualquier playa de hammamet en taxi , El unico problema que hemos tenido ha sido que había pulgas supongo que por estar cerca de un campo, nos dimos cuenta al regresar, por que en hammamet pensamos que eran mosquitos, recomiendo al dueño, lo tenga en cuenta y fumige el apartamento, Por lo demas una estancia muy agradable, gracias a todos carmen Barcelona

Ruhige Lage mit Meerblick

Das Richtige für Erholung suchende. Geschäfte in ca. 15 Min. erreichbar, Traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer. Dieses ist ca. 10 Min. entfernt. Für meinen 5-wöchigen Aufenthalt war viel zu wenig Geschirr. Keine Putzmittel vorhanden, Es gab auch keine Geschirrtücher.Es musste daher einiges selbst gekauft werden. Sauberkeit okay. Betreuung durch Vermieter hat bei Reklamationen funktioniert. Schlüsselübergabe war super. Auch wenn einige Reparaturen durchzuführen wären, würde ich wiederkommen.

Hallo , wir haben durchschnittliche Mietaufenthalt von ca. 1-2 Wochen. Wir können da kein Geschirr für 5 Wochen hinstellen. Putzmittel und Geschirrtücher werden auf verlangen sofort geliefert. Wir würden uns auf ihr wiederkommen freuen. Vielen Dank MFG A.Ben Azouz

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Meersicht

Die Wohnung ist in einem angenehmen ruhigen Quartier gelegen. Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants sind in kurzer Gehdistanz ereichbar. Die Wohnung haben wir wie auf der Homepage beschrieben angetroffen. Sauber, alles Nötige zum Kochen ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Meersicht und das ruhige Ambiente genossen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens geklappt. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Schön!

Das kleine Appartement in dem burgähnlichen Gebäude war sehr schön. Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon und der unglaublichen Dachterasse. Die sehr sympatischen Hausmeister und Mitbewohner des Hauses haben keine Mühe gescheuht den Urlaub für uns schön werden zu lassen. Und das war er. In dem kleinen Ort wird Entspannen sehr leicht gemacht. Wer jedoch lieber etwas Trouble möchte kann für ca 50 cent in die nächste Stadt fahren. Wir werden wieder kommen!!

Es war sehr schön! Sauber und Funktionell,absolut ausreichend für ein paar tage Urlaub! alle waren sehr freundlich und bemüht wenn man eine Frage oder Anliegen hatte.Man kann das Meer sehen muss aber ein paar Meter laufen, auch die City, (Shop`s, Kaffee`s und Disco`s) sind etwas weiter weg, aber alles erreichbar.(und Taxis sind absolut bezahlbar und immer in der nähe)! Wenn man es Ruhig mag, kann ich es weiter empfehlen und komme gerne wieder! :-) Einen lieben Gruß an den auch sehr Freundlichen Vermieter, der immer im Vorfeld erreichbar war!

"Cosy and nice apartment with a lovely view. Had some problems with hot water, but the apartment janitor was quick to help, and was sooo helpful in other ways too. The area is quiet and safe. Short walking distance to anything essential. We like to stay here again. The apartment was clean. We didn''t find anything to clean the apartment with during our stay, so we went out and bought necessary things."

Sehr abgelegen zu den Ges...

Sehr abgelegen zu den Geschäften und zur Altstadt Hammamet, aber sehr ruhige Lage, zum Strand etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß, von dort aus kann man ewig spazieren, es fehlt ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon, das Geschirr ist etwas wenig, z. Bsp. ein Dossenöffner, Sauberkeit war gut, habe aber selbst mal durch geputzt, Waschmaschine lief, kein Internet gefunden, Klimaanlage ging nicht, Baustelle im Haus während des Aufenthaltes:-(, aber sehr guter Preis und freundlicher Hausmeister, gute Schlüsselübergabe.
