We do have a very nice studio annex kitcinette, with all needed to provide a pleasant stay. In the room we installed a modern TV set, connected to the cable. The studio has goodworking WiFi .
The small garden with fruit trees is a plesant place to spend your free time and to rest from your tourist activities.
We do provide the possibility to use the washingmachine and dryer.
In short: a very fine place to spend your time in Zichron Yaacov and the vicinity.

Spacious, comfortable studio in Zichron Yaakov

Great pre-communication with Ilan and a warm welcome when we arrived. Great location in the heart of Zichron. Studio was spacious, clean, with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and single stove top. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a delight. Couldn't have asked for more. If we need our own place again on a future trip to see family in Zichron, we'll be back!

A cozy stay in a great area

This studio space was just what we needed for our stay in this area of Israel. Zicharon Ya’acov. We arrived at Ben Gurion at 2:35 am, we’re in a rental car at 4:20 am and arrived at about 5:45 am. Ilan communicated the arrival check-in locations very well. It’s in an accessible, quiet residential area, very close by car to all you need. It’s also close to main roads and nearby sites, like Caeserea. The town has some neat history 19th century history, cute shops and good food on the main drag. The studio apartment was fine. Solid bathroom, good shower. Convenience kitchen allows prep of basic meals. Limited kitchen supplies, so don’t expect to have an extravagant, romantic dinner, but that’s not why you’re there anyway. Wifi was solid. The bed was comfortable for us and we slept well. The blackout windows guarantee that. Ilan was out of town but still very accessible and had a local contact for any emergencies. There were none. We’d definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

Die Wohnung ist so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir haben bedauert, dass wir nicht länger in Zichron Ja‘akov geblieben sind. Wie erwähnt, ist die Küche mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Parken ging immer direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße. Wir empfehlen Ilan als Gastgeber sehr gerne weiter, auch da er uns in einer blöden Situation ohne Zögern geholfen hat.

Very nice apartment in Zichron Yaacov

This apartment is just as advertised. It is comfortable and clean. It is not a 5 star hotel but is perfect for a weeks or weekend stay. The apartment has all the basics for preparing small meals. The bed is comfortable and the AC works. There is a separate entrance it is a very convenient location, within walking distance to the center of town, to a grocery store and pharmacy. It is even nearer to Ramat HaNadiv which is a large beautiful nature preserve in which to Walk and hike. Ilan, the owner , is friendly and easy to deal with. We go to Zichron regularly and we would definitely stay there again.

Zichron Ya'akov Studio

This was a nice apartment in a great suburban location. Things to know about this apartment: There are stairs to the apartment - easy to navigate even with heavy luggage. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it did not seem to be very well-stocked for basic food preparation. This apartment is connected directly to a home. There is a door that separates the apartment from the living area of this home. When people are on the other side of the door, you can hear them. It was not a problem for us per se, but something to know if you expect quiet during the day. The bath towels are small - not a problem for us during a short stay.

Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home! We know Israel very well and can provide a lot of (tourist) information and transport by a new station car.
