The apartment, is situated in Mestre in a central yet in a tranquil setting. It consists of three large spacious bedrooms (two double and one single) and a bright living area.
Is in an ideal location for visiting Venice, It is just a short walk from a public bus stop and the trip is 10/15 minutes to get to the town center. The races have a very high frequency (every 10 min.).
All services are accessible by foot; You can easily dispose of banks, post office, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and any other store.
It's also easy to reach whether you arrive by plane, train or car. In this case there is also a private car park to house the car during their stay.
The train station is ten minutes walk, so it is convenient to visit the other cities of the Veneto: Treviso and Padua within a 20 'by train, Vicenza (40') and Verona (1 h).

Wonderful vacation

Great place in ideal location

We've returned from Venice staying at Diana's and Lucio's apartment. Everything is excacly as described. Apartment was spotless and has all facilities needed for the stay. Location is perfect, quiet yet close to shops, cafes and Venezia. Would recommend.

Excellent space and easy location

Check in was friendly and easy. Property is very clean, and the space is large. Easy walking within 15 minutes to train station, historic downtown, great food options, and shopping.

Mestre

Great location for visiting Venice. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants. The apartment was clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it for a family of five or six.

Venice trip

Quiet, lovely, and clean apartment

We had a lovely stay in this clean and nice apartment. We were pleasantly surprised about how quiet the area was, which was great, since we had the windows open. Please be aware that it is a 4th floor walk-up. The location was excellent, as advertised. We took advantage of the close-by restaurants and train station, as well as the short, inexpensive bus ride to Venice. This is a great option for visitors to Venice. Thank you for the great stay, Diana and Lucio!

Great flat Host greeted us the night we arrived, explained all the information we required, very friendly Flat had three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room (one double bed, one single bed and one with two single beds separated) Fans were provided All rooms were tidy and spacious Bathroom was extremely clean and nice

Very convenient appartment and supportive landlady/landlord

a perfect family stay

This was a great spot for our family to stay. Lucio/Diana were excellent communicators and check in/out was very straight forward - they were extremely welcoming. The apartment is in a great location for those who want to stay outside Venice. It is between 30 - 45 mins to Santa Lucia by bus and you can also get the tram from Mestre Central (15 min) or the train (10 mins). it is a quiet area and there are shops nearby as well as the most fantastic Hosteria Vite Rossa. The apartment itself has perfectly clean and had everything we needed for a four night stay. It is a bit dated but has character and plenty of room for a family. thank you Lucio!

Apartment în Mestre

The apartment was decent and it met our expectations. It was good value for the small price that we paid. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were clean and spacious, it was close to the bus stop for Venice. It also had down sides: no soap in the bathroom, the floors were very cold and there were no carpets or slippers and also the temperature inside was quite low. The owner was very responsive to our needs though and he even agreed to turn the heat a bit higher. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Our stay in Venice

Our stay at the beautiful town of Venice was wonderful. Lucio, our host was waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. A very friendly, nice person, always smiling. He had given us a advice earlier to get off at the Venice Mestre train station instead of going all the way to Venice saint Lucia train station. An advice which was very helpful. As soon as we arrived, he showed us around the apartment and explained to us everything, where to find the supermarket and the bus stop to Venice. He was helpful through out and he made our stay memorable. His apartment is very clean and had everything we required for our stay. The apartment is spacious and big enough for a family. From the apartment to Venice is 20 minutes by bus or by tram. The train station is around 750 m from the apartment. I highly recommend his apartment. We were fully satisfied and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Mestre

Lucio and Diana were very nice hosts and always quick at answering any questions we had. The apartment is just a 12-minute walk from the train station in a quiet neighborhood. It was spacious for our family and super clean. The location was ideal for our family. Everything you need is within walking distance. There’s a great restaurant down the street, and a supermarket just 5 minutes away on Corso del Populo. People are friendly in the neighborhood. The kids loved going to the fantastic gelateria (near the supermarket) and the fact that bubble /boba tea was just at the next corner from the apartment. There’s also a bakery across the street from the l’osteria. Finally, taking the bus to Venice from the apartment is easy. As Lucio explained, it’s just a quick walk to the tabbachio on Corso Populo to buy the tickets, and then you can hop on the bus. The stop is across the street and it only takes 10-15 minutes to get to the bus terminal in Venice, and the buses run frequently, every 10 minutes are so. We had a great stay! Thanks Lucio and Diana!

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos 3 enfants de 7, 11 et 13 ans. L'appartement était tres propre, tres bien aménagé. La proximité du bus pour aller à Venise est vraiment appréciable. L'accueil par Barbara était très agréable. Tout s'est tres bien passé et la communication avec nos hôtes etait tres facile. Bref, n'hésitez pas ! Merci encore Les conseios

Appartement sympathique et très bien situé

L'appartement est agréable, les pièces bien distribuées, et la déco simple et chaleureuse. Nous étions un groupe d'amis pour la Vogalonga, nous devions nous déplacer à la fois à Mestre et à Venise, et l'appartement est très bien situé pour les transports. En plus, nous apprécions les restaurants pittoresques et savoureux, et il y en deux à proximité : le Vite Rossa, et un marocain délicieux, le Casablanca ! Et l'accueil du propriétaire, vraiment parfait !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans l'appartement de Lucio et Diana. Tout était impécable. Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé. Il se situe dans une résidence très calme juste à quelques minutes de l'arrêt de bus vers Venise ainsi que des supermarchés. Lucio et Diana sont très attentionnés et disponibles, en plus ils nous ont recommandé un super restaurant à coté la maison. Merci pour tout ! Si nous avons l'occasion nous reviendrons surement!

Impeccable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement est très bien positionné pour visiter Venise et les environs avec le bus et autres commodités à moins de 5 min à pieds. Il est en tout point conforme aux photos et à l’annonce, et extrêmement propre. Les propriétaires ont répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions et demandes. Tout était parfait ☺️

Appartement parfait pour un séjour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans l'appartement durant 4 jours. La ville de Mestre se situe à 20 min en bus de Venise.(ligne directe) L'appartement se situe à 5 min à pied de l'arrêt de bus et du supermarché, ce qui est très pratique. L'appartement est grand et il était particulièrement propre lors de notre arrivée. Nous avons été accueillis par Lucio qui est très gentil et avec qui nous avons pu communiquer facilement avant et pendant notre séjour. Le fait de pouvoir garer notre véhicule dans la petite cour est un plus. Le quartier et l'immeuble sont calmes. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location. N'hésitez pas. Merci Lucio !

Très satisfait

Logement très propre et très bon accueil des propriétaires. Assez spacieux, confortable et bien équipé pour une famille de 5 (avoir un lave-vaisselle aurait cependant été appréciable). Idéalement situé pour aller visiter Venise (à 5min de l'arrêt de bus) et faire ses courses. Bref, excellente adresse que je recommande.

Karneval in Venedig

Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen, um zum Karneval zu gelangen. Bus und Bahn fußläufig erreichbar. Vermieter sehr nett. Hat alles super funktioniert! Apartment liegt ganz oben, dass hatte ich wohl überlesen. War für uns etwas schwierig, da meine Eltern auch mit dabei waren und das sehr anstrengend für sie war.
