The apartment is large (110 square meters) with 2 double bedrooms with King size beds (2 extra single beds can be added if needed, there is a small extra fee), a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a bathroom.

The apartment is located in a central position very easy to reach and very well connected to every part of the city. There is the vaporetto (water bus) stop of "Riva de Biasio" at less than 1 minute from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just a few minutes from the apartment. At the same time in the main attractions (Rialto, San Marco, Frari, Ghetto, etc.) are walking distance.

For each guest we provide:

- 1 large towel
- 1 shower gel & 1 soap per day

We love to stay we love the location. The host was very prompt and quick and detailed helping us get into the VRBO without any problems. We even got to drop our bags off so we did not have to haul them around with us until it was done being cleaned. The only downside was that the neighbors below us were very loud, but as soon as we brought that to the host’s attention, they were contacted and the noise stopped.Great experience.

This location was as advertised and an excellent place to stay. We were met at the vaporetto stop and escorted to the rental. We arrived a day early prior to a cruise so a location close to St. Mark’s didn’t matter. Enjoyed a quieter part of town. make

The location and communication with the owner were excellent. The only catch is the listing included a 51" LED SMART TV. The unit had no such equipment. When I inquired about the 51" LED TV, the owner informed me that he had decided to use it in another location.

Fantastic place to stay

We loved staying here. The owner was great to communicate with us and gave us pointers on travel to Murano and to the Airport. The house was clean and very close to food and coffee. The only complaint I have is that we couldn't stay longer! Thanks for the memories!

This apartment in Venice was a great location on a quiet street with small bars and restaurants right around the corner. Spacious bedrooms with 2 king size beds and 1 single. 2 large bathrooms with large living room and comfortable couches. Would book again!

PLEASE READ!! DO NOT BOOK THIS RENTAL. What a joke. We booked this 3 month in advance and the host cancelled 45 minutes AFTER we arrived in Venice!!!! Left us stranded at 7:30pm at night with no place to stay. We were devastated.
