Amazing Views

The pictures of the apartment are accurate. The place was clean and comfortable. The views from the apartment are incredible. From the dining room, you have views of the mountains, seas, and castles. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is even a biweekly open-air market a few blocks away. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

Vermieter verhält sich unmöglich

Als wir am Ankunftstag den Vermieter anriefen, nur dessen Tel. Nr, hatten wir, reagierte dieser sehr genervt. Was wir wollten, wir sollten gefälligst seine Verwalterin anrufen. Er gab uns dann die Tel. Nr. Diese war aber trotz nochmaligen Vergleich nicht korrekt. Auf weitere Anrufe reagierte er nicht, bis wir es mit einem anderen Telefon versuchten. Dann behauptete er, er hätte uns eine andere Nr. mitgeteilt. Mit der neuen Nr. erreichten wir dann die sehr freundliche Verwalterin. Diese teilte uns dann mit, dass wir bei ihr vorbeikommen könnten um den Schlüssel zu erhalten. Dabei stellten wir fest, dass der Vermieter uns eine total falsche Adresse mitgeteilt hatte. Wir bekamen zwar die Wohnuns die wir gebucht hatten, dort gab es aber keinen Parkplatz. Wir brachten also unser Gepäck in die Wohnung und dann unser Auto wieder auf den Parkplatz eines anderen Objekts, das der Vermieter betreibt. Entfernung zu Fuß ca. 1,5 km. Wir konnten also nur sehr erschwert Ausflüge mit dem Auto machen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben könnte aber eine Renovierung vertragen. Alles etwas vergammelt.

Vue imprenable et calme

Une vue imprenable sur le port et les toits de Collioure ; la situation avenue du Mirador n'est pas usurpée. Appartement très calme, fonctionnel, avec une vaste pièce de vie très agréable. Pour les personnes qui privilégient le cadre et le côté typique d'une habitation. Accès très rapide au centre par des rues très sympathiques. On aimera y revenir.

Great view.easy access to town centre. Erratic parking. apart from kitchen apartment in need of refurbishment. Apartment furniture did not match description. No armchairs as stated, scruffy sofa only.

Schöne Aussicht, Mobiliar braucht Auffrischung

Sehr gute Lage, sehr symphatische und unkomplizierte Betreuung durch Mareva, schöner Blick auf das Schloss, leider war das Mobiliar sehr ungemütlich und auch schmuddelig, insbes. Sofa. Sehr kleines Schlafzimmer, Schlafzimmer oben nicht geeignet für erwachsene Personen (zu niedrig)

Superbe vue

Appartement extrêmement très bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes à pied du cœur de Collioure. La vue est époustouflante. Le logement est plutôt adapté à un couple avec enfant. La mezzanine n’est pas haute en plafond et convient plutôt à des enfants . L’arrivée et le départ se sont très bien passés. Mareva est très sympa et dispo.

Un très bon accueil de Philippe qui a accepté la présence de notre chien dans son appartement. La vue dégagée sur les montagnes et la mer est à couper le souffle.

Appartement vétuste et moyennement propre mais excellente vue sur Collioure.

Il y avait des souris dans le placard et elles sont sorties le long de l'évier le dimanche soir car on avait laissé de la nourriture sur le plan de travail !On avait remarqué des sachets de tisane grignotées dans le placard dès le premier soir ! Il y avait 2 ampoules sur 3 qui manquaient au lustre de la pièce principale. La lampe du salon ne fonctionnait pas. Une lampe de chevet dans la chambre fonctionnait mal (interrupteur susceptible) Le lit grinçait. Il n'y avait pas de protège matelas. Plus d'eau chaude le jeudi soir. Le chauffeau qui avait 30 ans a été remplacé le vendredi dans la journée. Donc des artisans étaient à l'appartement pendant notre absence et malgré leur nettoyage, nous sommes rentrés en fin de journée pour trouver un appartement sale. Certes le propriétaire a réagi vite face aux problèmes des souris et de l'eau froide mais on ne peut pas s'empêcher de penser qu'il y a négligence de sa part (ampoules, intérieur du placard moyen). Il profite de l'emplacement de son appartement.... Pour toutes ces raisons, nous attendons de votre part une remise sur le montant que nous avons versé. C'est tout à fait justifié, il me semble. February in Collioure

We had a fabulous time both in Collioure and Philippe's apartment. It is perched high over the town so it is a bit of an uphill walk, but the view is just stunning, both of the mountains and the harbour. The living room is large with big balcony windows, warm, comfortable and everything in the kitchen works. Our adult sons wanted privacy so they took the bedroom and we slept in the loft upstairs. Fine just no headroom. A few mice in the kitchen, not enough to be concerned about. We liked the apartment so much we asked Phillipe if we could stay longer. Fortunately we were able to extend our stay. If you have a car there are lots of day trips to be done from Collioure and you don't have the anxiety of finding new accommodations. The weather was lovely, warm enough to sit by the beach with coffee and a good book! Thank you Philippe!

Appartement très calme et très bien situé, accès facile et à proximité du centre ville.

Nous avons réservé sans soucis, cet appartement. Région très agréable même en hiver. Par contre beaucoup d'endroits à visiter sont fermés pour congés. Mais ce n'est pas grave tellement la nature est jolie et les balades au calme sont super reposantes. L'appartement est très bien équipé et confortable. Il y fait bon. Car climatisé... Vraiment à recommander même avec un toutou !

Bonitas vistas

Apartamento correcto, limpio y con vistas excelentes. Tuvimos que esperar 30-40 minutos en la entrada. En el anuncio no se especifica que hay la opción de pagar extra por la limpieza. También estaria bien especificar con más claridad que las sábanas y las toallas se pagan a parte, (nosotros ya lo sabiamos porque habiamos leido los comentarios y le preguntamos). Durante la estancia, fue muy servicial y nos ayudó a encontrar un mecánico cuando lo necesitamos.

Long on view, short on amenities!

We were unpleasantly surprised, upon arrival, to discover that sheets and towels were not included in the rental. The four of is had to pay substantially more, each, for the privilege of threadbare linens and struggled to make up the twin beds in the upstairs loft which wasn't tall enough for an adult to stand up in! The property manager permitted us to clean up after ourselves to avoid a cleaning charge, however the dust was thick and the bathroom was dirty as a result of a prior lack of thorough housekeeping. We were told this was a "seasonal rental and not a hotel" when we requested the manager supply us with toilet paper and hand soap! That said, the apartment had a great view of Collioure and easy walking access to the waterfront and town. We had to park 1/2 mile across town in a lot provided by the manager, at no charge to us, until a space opened up on the street.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit toller Sicht über die Bucht!

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist für einen Ferienaufenthalt sehr angemehm. In der Küche könnten ein paar Ergänzungen/ Neuanschaffungen gemacht werden (Besteck, gutes Arbeitsmesser). Der Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert! Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und kommen gern wieder einmal.

Magnifique semaine

Accueil chaleureux dans un appartement ayant une magnifique vue sur le château royal et la baie de Collioure. Facile d'accès, avec un parking devant la porte et à portée de pieds de la ville, l'appartement correspond en tout point à sa description. Je le recommande sans hésiter. Collioure est magnifique sous le soleil d'hiver. Je recommencerai.

TRES BEL ENDROIT

Appartement avec très belle vue sur le port de collioure ! Ne comptez pas sur une place de parking devant la maison mais plutôt à 600 mètres au mieux. le bémol concerne la mezzanine adaptée à des enfants mais pas à des adultes ! impossible de se tenir debout... Sinon séjour très agréable.

Phantastischer Ausblick

This apartment has a million dollar view, is located in a picturesque, friendly seaside village and is easily and probably best managed without a car. While there are 5 street parking spots in front of the apartment, it is unlikely to find any of them open so we ended up parking on 1/2 mile away at the edge of the village. Walking anywhere in the village and surrounding countryside is breathtaking, safe and easy. The pebbly beaches in town are very swimmable. Gulls contribute to the seaside feeling and tended to raucous at night all over town during the full moon period we were there. Best time to visit this apartment is probably before the maximum summer heat as there is no air conditioning and the cross breeze is restricted at night unless you open the front door. Host is very helpful and friendly.
