Beautiful garden, private swimming-pool

"The house is located at approx. 1,5 km from the sea. Winding small road to get at the house. An SUV or a high car would be recommended. House is nicely decorated with a beautiful garden and a lovely swimming-pool, completely private. There is a big terrace where you can have nice BBQ-dinners."

Charming property

Villa Tara is absolutely charming! The property is beautiful and the pool lovely and private. The house is small inside and practical. Given how hot it was, we spent very little time inside; however, as a family of 4 not all of us could fit on the couch if we had wanted to. There are couches/ seating outside and plenty of shade, which was welcomed. The property is quite remote and lush - which means late afternoon/ evening the bugs are real! It is not walking distance to anything. We ate all our dinners out with great restaurants close by in Itri and a bit further in Sperlonga {20-25 mins away}. The coast/ beach is 10-15 mins drive down. The property manager/ team was super helpful and welcoming, we had a wonderful stay - thank you!

Ik was hier met mijn partner. De villa heeft zes slaapplekken: 3 tweepersoons bedden.De badkamers (2) zijn erg klein en eenvoudig. De tuin en het zwembad zijn geweldig!Deze accommodatie is heel geschikt voor stellen en voor gezinnen. Met vrienden zou ik er niet heen gaan, je hebt dan geen privacy.

Villa splendida, giardino grande e piscina bellissima. Tranquillità garantita dalla posizione isolata. Uniche pecche la cava poco distante e il suo rumore, un po’ troppe api in giardino e la mancanza di aria condizionata. Arredo magari da rimodernare.

Ein Paradies !

Das Anwesen ist ein kleines Paradies. Alles war total in Ordnung ! Das Haus war sauber, der Garten und der Swimmingpool sehr gepflegt. Von Arbeiten am Steinbruch war nichts zu hören. Auch die Hunde waren nicht störender als bei uns zu Hause. ( Tirol).Auch haben alle Zimmer Fenster!! Mit Mücken muß man in Italien rechnen. Dafür lebt man in absoluter Ruhe. Das einzige was man benötig ist ein Fahrzeug um an die wunderschönen Strände zu kommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie besorgten uns einen wunderbaren Fisch zum Grillen. Danke noch einmal für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir hoffen dass wir wieder einen so tollen Urlaub in der Villa Tara machen können. Herbert, Silvia, Claudia, Stephan, Tobias aus Innsbruck.

Bella questa villa! Il posto è tranquillo e la piscina è fantastica! Alla sera l'atmosfera è proprio "magica". Bella e funzionale: siamo stati proprio bene!!!

"Schönes Grundstück mit p...

"Schönes Grundstück mit prima Pool aber direkt neben dem Grundstück ist ein Steinbruch, in dem unter der Woche gearbeitet wird. Die Wachhunde der anderen Schrebergärtengrundstücke haben sich gerne und regelmäßig durch Bellen bemerkbar gemacht. Haus gut ausgestattet, ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster, Mückengitter haben ihre Berechtigung ;-) "

Mrs. Perizonius, we are very sorry about the inconveniences you had at the Villa, but believe me, we always try to make our clients happy, so if you told us about the troubles you had at the Villa during your stay, we would solve them at the moment like we did now.. In fact we've solved the problem of the noises from the neighbor.. About the mosquitos, we really cannot do more that our disinfections, Villa is in countryside and the presence of some of those animals is inevitable. In any case I thank you for your comment.

The villa Tara is a perfe...

The villa Tara is a perfect place to spend holidays in Italia. Wake up with birds, breakfast with italian coffee machine included...time to go to swim in the swimming pool! We recommand to go there for 1 or 2 weeks. No problem, only good time.
