This beautiful villa is ideally located on the hill 180 meters from sea level with a panoramic breathtaking view of the Aegean and only 1.5km away from the picturesque village centre of Kimi also known as the "the balcony of the Aegean".
Kimi is a 2.5 hour drive from Eleftherios Venizelos Athens International Airport. The Picturesque village boasts an elegant main square with traditional architecture and a breathtaking view of the aegean where one can also see the statue of George Papanikolaou, famous obstetrician and groundbreaking scientist. "The Laographico" museum can also be found a few minutes walk away.
Around the beautiful main square one can find supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, banks and pharmacies at very close proximity (walking).
Soutsini beach is located 400 meters away from the villa where one can swim in clean crystal blue waters. walking distance to this beach is around 15 minutes downhill and 7-10 minutes by car. located around the area are several other beautiful beaches one can go to exclusively by car for example Stomio beach, Mourteri beach (please see photos) and many more.
