Family country house with stunning sea and mountains view

Τhe house is available for rental or selling for whom it is interested.The house is located on the island of Evia, the second largest island of Greece, featuring pure beauty, small traditional villages and beaches with crystal clear waters with sand or pebbles.
It is situated 2.5 hours from the airport of Eleftherios Venizelos. The access is very easy via the National Road. Renting a car is essential. The house is fully equipped with all essentials for comfortable living, such as hot water, electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wireless internet, stereo with lots of cds of different kinds of music, library with Greek books, children's toys, English children's books and board games for adults and childrenn. Hair drier, iron . There is also two baby’s bed with all equipment, sheets etc. Towels and sheets are also provided.
There is a private parking and portable .
Α bedroom with double bed is situated in the ground floor and for this it,can be used by elderly and disabled. This bedroom has a balcony with unlimited view to the mountain, the sea, the village of Enoria and the island of Skyros .

(1) Kyme is a small town located 7 km from the house, 10 minutes drive, with shops, restaurants, bars, coffee-shops, banks, hospital, pharmacy, post office, museums, festivals.
(2) Platana is a small village located 1,000 meters from the house with restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy
(3) Enoria is a small picturesque village wiτh a restaurant, mini market, taxi.
The owners can give assistance and information on the accommodation and organize activities, excursions, shopping to supermarkets, restaurants etc.

(4) The current settlement of Kymi and all the villages around it ,is stone constructed on the hills of the mountains, although it is very close to the sea. The amazing contrasts and combinations of mountain and sea, blue and green ,faraway and nearby ,mild and wild, are really breathtaking. Earth, rock,water and man in marvelous proportion are its basic components.
