It's about a SPLENDID VILLA, COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT, located near the small village on the coast - GIRASOLE (OG) - and very close to the beaches, with a very large garden, well cured, approximately 1,5 Km from Tortoli-Arbatax.
The villa is composed of 3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace in front of the living room, with table for 10 people and chairs, ALL on the ground floor. The villa's forniture is magnificent well kept and cured in every detail. The first beach is distant just two or three minutes by car, but in a few minutes you can reach about 20 beaches on the coast, all guaranteed as regards ecological and environmental quality. At approximately 3 km there is the tourist port of Arbatax and S. Maria Navarrese, from where it is possible to make excursions between the wonderful beauties in the Orosei Gulf, beaches caves, natural monuments protect by Unesco (Goloritzé Cove) - spectacular on the naturalistic point of view. This villa is equipped with every comfort. 'Barbecue zone' in masonry in the garden, tables and chairs not only in the terrace but also in front of the barbecue. Really a splendor.

Charming villa

villa confortable très propre

la location est très propre et bien située en campagne à 4kms des commerces et des premières plages. la literie et les matelas sont parfaits ! petit bémol sur les 5 poubelles à gerer et les chiens qui aboient la nuit . les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et soucieux de bien faire pour nous. la maison est fraiche et très très propre . Tout est à dispo et bien achalandé (deux frigos, des couteaux , des parasols, du gel douche, une boisson fraiche quand on arrive etc.....) C'est appréciable belle propriéte au milieu des oliviers avec même une douche extérieur . Il n 'y a que deux transats et il manquerait un petit salon exterieur pour le soir ....en suggestion La location est loin du tourisme de masse et près de très jolies plages . Nous avons vraiment apprécié.

Un autentico paradiso!!

Casa semplicemente meravigliosa, grande, fresca e arieggiata naturalmente, con una stupenda area esterna ad uso esclusivo, in una pace assoluta e a pochi km dalle spiagge più belle della zona. Sehr entspannter Urlaub.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Objekt, mit einer großen überdachten Terrasse. Im Haus ist allles für einen größeren Haushalt vorhanden, es ist sehr sauber. Angelo hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Das Haus steht auf einem großen Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen. Es war ein sehr entspannter Urlaub.

Wunderbare Ferien hier verbracht

Der Eigentümer Angelo hat hier ein wunderbares Domizil geschaffen. Sowohl Tortoli als auch die schönsten Strände der Gegend sind auf kurzem Weg mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus selbst liegt außerhalb und ruhig gelegen. Wer Sardinien kennt, weiß dass aber manchmal Hundegebell, Eselrufe und Zikaden in den Nächten dazugehören können. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Siamo in 8 e da parecchi anni affittiamo una villetta in varie località della Sardegna per le vacanze, ma questa è stata la sistemazione migliore in assoluto. La villetta era fantastica, comoda e pulitissima e i proprietari di una gentilezza e disponibilità senza pari; in particolare, per quanto riguarda problemi che abbiamo avuto con l'auto appena dopo il ns arrivo, il signor Angelo si è prodigato in ogni modo per aiutarci a risolverlo nel più breve tempo possibile.

Avrei dato sicuramente ulteriori stelle se ci fossero state. La casa è veramente molto bella, spaziosissima (contando poi che noi eravamo 4 adulti e 3 bambini), ben curata e completa di tutto!!! Giardino e zona barbecue favolosi. È la prima volta che una casa vacanze sia come avere la propria casa ma al mare. Poco da dire anche sulla bellezza del mare e dei dintorni. Gentilissimo il sig. Posto Incantevole e Tranquillo a 15 minuti di macchina dal mare

Sono stato in vacanza con un'altra famiglia per un totale di 4 adulti e 4 bambini. La villa è la casa di campagna del gentilissimo e premuroso Sig. Angelo e si compone di un'ampia sala da pranzo con cucina a vista (2 frighi, lavastoviglie e tv), 2 camere da letto matrimoniali con 1 lettino aggiuntivo per ogni stanza e cabina armadi o armadio, una camera per ragazzi da 2 letti singoli, 2 bagni con doccia molto ben curati. All'esterno un ampio portico sotto cui poter pranzare e la zona barbecue. Dietro la casa, nascosta tra i mirti, c'è una doccia all'aperto molto suggestiva. Circonda la villa un vasto terreno con palme, ulivi, limoni, meli e piante di mirto, dove i bambini hanno giocato serenamente e senza pericoli. Nel terreno confinante ci sono dei simpatici asini a cui poter dare da mangiare le bucce di anguria e melone (i bambini si sono divertiti molto a farlo). L'acqua calda è riscaldata da pannelli solari con cisterna d'accumulo, pertanto bisogna fare un po' di economia sopratutto se si è numerosi, tuttavia non abbiamo avuto grossi problemi in 8. A 15 minuti di macchina si trovano spiagge bellissime e di vario tipo, dalla sabbia fine a quella più grossa, fondale basso o che scende subito. Sempre a pochi minuti di macchina verso Tortoli c'è un grosso supermercato con tutto ciò che serve. Essendo in campagna bisogna tener conto degli insetti. Angelo effettua delle disinfestazioni per le formiche, tuttavia è necessario tenere pulita la casa per non trovarsi ospiti indesiderati. All'interno abbiamo trovato anche due ventilatori utili per chi soffre il caldo (la casa è effettivamente un po' calda). Se siete ipertecnologici consiglio di portarvi dietro delle multiple per i vostri devices, in quanto ci sono poche prese elettriche. Sparsi qua e là sono presenti alcuni "difetti di fabbrica", come li chiama scherzosamente il Sig. Angelo, insomma alcune cose a cui fare attenzione (ad esempio aprendo la finestra di un bagno in certe condizioni, sbatte sullo sciacquone e rischia di rompersi), cose da prendere alla leggera: se siete dei perfezionisti potrebbe darvi fastidio. Nel complesso ottima casa per una vacanza tranquilla, dove potersi rilassare nei profumi del giardino.

Grazie della recensione al sig. Pietro, i piccoli difetti in confronto allo splendore della villa e al costo veramente contenuto, sono proprio inezie senza alcuna importanza. C'è un parco intorno di oltre 4 mila mq, curatissimo, la zona bbq, con tutta l'attrezzatura e perfino tavolo e sedie, una grande veranda coperta, due splendidi bagni e tre camere, arredata con estrema cura. Penso che, unita alla grande gentilezza del proprietario, sia il MASSIMO, per il soggiorno, non una casa vacanza ma una villa completamente indipendente e splendida. CI SONO INTORNO BEN 15 SPIAGGE, OLTRE A QUELLE RAAGGIUNGIBILI CON LE MOTONAVI NEL GOLFO DI OROSEI, TRAMITE ESCURSIONE, INDESCRIVIBILE LO SPLENDORE DEL MARE, E LA TOTALE ASSENZA DI INQUINAMENTO, QUASI TUTTE LE SPIAGGE A SABBIA BIANCA. LA PRIMA SPIAGGIA NON SI TROVA A 15 MINUTI D'AUTO, MA A 3 MINUTI, OSSIA LA SPIAGGIA CON PINETA DEL VILLAGGIO IN CUI E' UBICATA LA VILLA, GIRASOLE.

CASA MOLTO BELLA E BEN CURATA, IL PROPIETARIO IL SIG.CODA MOLTO PIGNOLO MA CON RAGIONE , LA VILLETTA E' BEN TENUTA PULITAE BEN CURATA ,DOTATA DI TUTTO QUELLO CHE SERVE . In tre minuti di auto si raggiunge Tortoli' e/o la spiaggia di Girasole ,in dici minuti si arriva al lido di ORRI con le bellissime spiagge della Piscinetta e di Cala Ginepro ,la consiglio sopprattutto per gli amanti della tranquillita'.
