Great location for the slopes, 5 mins walk and you’re on the slopes. Supermarket About 10 mins walk, plenty cafes and restaurants nearby. Boy racers pretty active especially on Saturday night…
But still we’d love to stay again!
The property has an excellent location, 2 minutes from ski hire shop Archimede and then off on to the slopes. It was comfortable for 7 people, 3 adults and 4 children. There are all the utensils that you need including a kettle

Wonderful two-level apartment on the 6th and 7th floors right in central Sestriere. The apartment was beautiful with magnificent views. There is a restaurant about 30 metres from the entrance to the building with great pizza. We used Archimedeskirent.com (also excellent) which is about 50 metres from the apartment, and the Jolly lift is right there too. Very earm and friendly host.

Roomy and cozy apartment very close to the slopes, fantastic stay
My family had a lovely stay in Sestriere. There was plenty of room for 6 adults in the apartment, and the facilities in the apartment were great. The apartment looks directly onto the slopes. Very easy to get to the slopes, with an easy blue slope across the road leading directly to the lifts. Communication with the owner was also very good. Highly recommended.

Excellent View of slopes- good location
Close proximity to slopes and restaurants. The upper floor was hot, no way to regulate heat. Host 2 hours away, and concierge doesn’t speak English. We cancelled a day of our trip within the cancellation time and host didn’t honour it, we paid for a day we weren’t there. They Answered questions during the booking period which was good. Well stocked kitchen. There wasn’t clear communication as to which bus stop to get off on. A Good Samaritan drove the 2 seniors to the apartment. This place was all about Location, Location, Location.and great place to go to from the Special Olympics Alpine ski races.

Super location and great property. We were a family of two adults, three children under 10 and also my parents. Location was ideal, very near ski school. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Apartment is older but with ample space, and the building is very well maintained. The owner was excellent to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend sestriere and this property.

Perfect spot overlooking the pistes, apartment is on the 6th floor but small lift / stairs with easy access. Equipment can be stored in garage room on 1st floor and then an easy 30 metres walk across the road and you are on the Blue run down to the main lifts. Local shops including equipment hire/bars/restaurants/mini market etc are a very short walk away (2 mins). Other restaurants/shops in the main square (5/10mins) and therefore the apartment could not be better placed. Communication with the owner was very easy (email and WhatsApp) with an almost instant response time.
There were 8 of us sharing the apartment and therefore it was crowded in the communal areas but bedrooms/bathrooms have plenty of room. Kitchen is a small galley type but has everything you require but only really room for one person (two at a push). Would happily recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Wir waren mit eine Gruppe von 5 Personen im Februar in der Wohnung in Sestriere. Die Wohnung in typisch italienischem Stil ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage gegenüber den Pisten ist hervorragend.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, auch als uns an den Dusche etwas defekt ging, war optimal.
Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Cosy but fab location
We have just returned from Emanuelas apartment and it was great. The location was ideal and as a party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids under 6) it was ideal. Small kitchen but served its purpose. She let us arrive early and leave a little later as end of season. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay in Sestriere
This is the second year we have all stayed in this apartment for our skiing holiday. We go as a party of 8, with 4 adults an 4 Children. There is plenty of space for us all to sit around the dinner table for meals, and plenty of space to sit in the evenings if you don't go out.
The TV and and DVD player are great for the Kids when you get in after a long days skiing and you just want to crash out for a few hours.
the Apartment is literally over the road from the slopes, and even if you are a complete beginner, very close to the ski school meeting points and nursery slopes. If you can already ski, you simply cross the road, and ski down a very easy blue to the nearest chair lift. The view from the apartment over the mountains is spectacular.
This year, our airline lost our baggage, and the flat owner, and apartment concierge were enormously helpful with the job of getting our bags back to us. We can not thank them enough.
We all love it in Sestriere, and will definitely be back next year.
