Short but sweet

We only stayed 3 days but because of the chalets location we were able to enjoy the nearby village's facilities to the full.

Great little place

I and my family stayed there for a week. The place is quite small, but ok if you just sleep there. There is fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare your own meals. It is very close to the lifts and the village centre. Pool and saunas are available every afternoon which is a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.Prisca (the owner) is a great host. Fantastic communication. She will look after you remotely and answer all the questions.If I ever go back skiing in Les Arcs I know where I will be staying :-)

Great location and host

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience of staying at Prisca's place. Had all the equipment you needed including a raclette machine! It had ski in ski out so very convenient for the slopes. Prisca was also super responsive to requests and provided proactive advice. My only suggestion is that CIS, the property manager, provides exact details of the accommodation name and location as it is confusing if you haven't been there before - it is the Rosalend building

Skiing at Les Arcs

The apartment was perfect for us two mates in our 70s. Compact (I don't mean small) with all that we would need. Even the sofa bed was large and comfortable. We didn't do any cooking so can't comment on that element. Huge fridge and plenty of storage space. The cherry on the icing was ski in/ski out. Already thinking of booking again for next year.

Cosy, well provisioned, perfectly situated appartment with good spa facilities available..

Lovely apartment for 2 for a skiing hols: kitchen and cooking facilities more than sufficient and well provisioned. Excellent no-hassle piste access; great spa facility in building for the evening relax. Just what we wanted! One Tip: No kitchen washing/cleaning products provided, but we bought a small 'kit' at reception for a very small cost. You can also order bread daily there. Great holiday - We are very likely to book this again in future.

I enjoyed staying at this mountain flat, and will definitely stay again when I return to Les Arcs. Communication with owner was thorough and efficient. Transportation to the flat without a car was amazing - train from Lyon, funiculaire and shuttle. Its a very short, and beautiful, stroll to Arc 1800 for everything you need - ski/snowboard equipment, grocery stores, restaurants. I also appreciated staying at Arc 1800 vs the other villages. It is centrally located in the enormous Paradiski ski area which made exploring and accessing a wide variety of terrains easy. The flat was clean and well furnished. The pool and saunas are lovely after a long ski day.

Great apartment, great location, lovely pool

We are a family of 4, ( 2 adults 2 teenagers) and we stayed in this lovely apartment during August. Communication with the owner was excellent before and during our stay. The apartment is in the Roselend building and is a perfect location for summer or winter activities , the on-site swimming pool and sauna and steam room are free and we used them everyday during our stay. The apartment has everything you need, we cooked in every night and ate all are meals on the lovely south facing balcony. Beds are comfy and there is lots of hot water for the powerful shower. There is so much to do in Les Arcs in the summer, we had a great time hiking, mountain biking, water water rafting ( with evolution 2 - would highly recommend this activity), zip line and mountain karting to name just a few. This is a great apartment for the summer and would definitely work well for skiing in the winter, as it is ski in ski out and close to the resort facilities, shops bars etc. We had a very enjoyable week and this apartment represents good value for money.

Lovely cosy apartment, well located, great facilities in building, great communications with owner.

This has to be one of the best apartments we have rented via VRBO and was perfect for the three of us for our ski vacation in Les Arcs 1800. The apartment is cosy, with comfy beds in the bedroom and lounge (sofa bed), adequate kitchen and good bath/ shower room. There is plenty of storage in wardrobes and cupboards for all clothing and items (much more than some larger apartments we’ve stayed in). Ski locker facilities are very good and the setup is ideal to kit up and ski away within minutes - true ski in ski out. Several lifts are a short ski down and across the slope from the building. Return is via the Chantel slope adjacent to the Dahu lift. Location of the building is good. Just a short walk down to shops and restaurants. Parking is just opposite the building access road. To relax we enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room facilities. Perfect after a day’s skiing. The building was very peaceful day and night. Prisca was extremely responsive, clear and helpful with all communications.

we de golf seul inconvénient - un peu loin des commerces (en fait ce n est pas trés loin mais le chemin est bien en montée !!). A déconseiller pour les personnes âgées

Super séjour !

Appartement très fonctionnel et confortable (notamment la literie) Tout est disponible dans l’appartement. La localisation est très bien pour profiter du calme et des commodités de l’immeuble (piscine, spa, service dépôt de pain etc..) Bref, super vacances je recommande !
