Außergewöhnliche Lage!

Direkt neben der Einfahrt zum Yachthafen von Saint-Francois gelegen. Wohnung in der 3. Etage (Aufzug vorhanden) über 2 Ebenen plus Firstboden. Großer offener Balkon, fantastische Sicht Richtung Süden, man kann sowohl die Berge von Basse-Terre als auch die Inseln Marie-Galante, Terre-de-Haute und bei guter Sicht auch Dominica sehen. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, jedoch nur 2 Kochfelder, recht kleine Töpfe für 6 Personen.Die Klimaanlagen in jedem der 3 Schlafräume haben unterschiedlich gut funktioniert: eine ging nur über die Sicherung an/aus und ließ sich nicht regeln, eine ist zwischendurch stundenweise ausgestiegen. Jede Wohnung hat anscheinend eigene Wasserspeicher auf dem Balkon stehen, weil wohl ab und zu die Versorgung ausfällt (ist bei unserem Aufenthalt aber nicht passiert). Sehr störend waren die Pfeifgeräusche, die sich aus dem Wasserspeicher beim Nachlaufen entwickelt haben. Die Anlage besteht aus 2 großen Häusern mit Eigentums-/Ferienwohnungen und eigenem Parkplatz, der Zugang ist mit Code bzw. Funk möglich. Direkt vor dem Haus sind zwei kleine Sandstrände, das Wasser ist jedoch hinter einer Buhne und recht flach. Man kann aber trotzdem schwimmen und schnorcheln. Tipp: wenige Kilometer Richtung Pointe des Châteaux (sehenswert!) befindet sich der Plage d'Anse à la Gourde, ein Traumstrand.Am Hafen befinden sich jede Menge Bars und Restaurants, manchmal kann es abends etwas laut werden. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Super logement idéalement situé

Ce logement permet d'accéder à la plage sans passer par la route, c'est idéal pour l'autonomie des enfants. L'accueil est très sympathique. Parfait !

Idéalement située à Saint -François

La plage à vos pieds et toutes les commodités proches sans en subir les nuisances .La location est spacieuse et conforme à sa présentation.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un très beau cadre.Marie-Galante et les Saintes nous ont accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour.

Un séjour dans un endroit paradisiaque

Nous avions été charmés par les photos de l'annonce et une fois sur place, aucune déception car les photos reflètent la réalité. L'appartement est vaste, bien agencé et très bien équipé ... tout y est (wifi, linges de toilette, ustensiles de cuisines, hifi...) Un régal de se lever chaque matin et déjeuner en terrasse avec la vue sur la mer, sur Marie-Galante, le lagon de Saint François..... et au dernier niveau de l'appartement des magnifiques vues de lever de soleil sur la Désirade. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement dans le centre de Saint François, tout près d'une plage d'accès direct du jardin de la résidence (idéal pour notre enfant de 2 ans). Il est situé également tout près du marché, des commerces, de la Marina et ses restaurants . La résidence est également équipé d'un parking fermé et sécurisé mais la voiture n'est pas obligatoire, tellement l'appartement est bien situé. Nous retournerons à Saint François et c'est cet appartement que nous choisirons.

Merveilleux séjour.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement avec un couple d' amis et nous sommes enchantés. L'appartement meublé avec beaucoup de goût offre un vue exceptionnelle. Rien ne manque, literie parfaite, wi-fi, électro-ménager, climatisation, TV écran plat, i-pod station... La résidence de grand standing donne accès à une plage privée. Nous espérons revenir en Guadeloupe et c'est là que nous souhaitons séjourner.

Que du bonheur.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La résidence et l'intérieur est vraiment de grand standing. Emplacement exceptionnel avec accès plage privée. Que dire de la vue sur le lagon de Saint François, c'est d'une beauté a couper le souffle. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, électro-ménager, bonne literie, ventilos, clim, wifi ... rien ne manque, tout y est. Une chose est certaine, nous y retournerons, a conseiller vivement.
