Comfortable mini-villa of 65 m2 in a residence directly on a nice beach, located on the peninsula of Benedettu, in the Gulf of Porto Vecchio. Completely renovated, modern style furniture, 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, WC. Air conditioning, large wood deck.

Beautiful beach at 80 meters from the villa, with no roads to cross (the villa has not the view on the sea, however it is located at few steps from the beach only). Great place, quiet, immersed in the nature, ideal for children, along the beach of Benedettu ('lieu béni'). Coves of pink granite rocks and unfrequented wild beach distanced few tens of meters.

During high saison, rent based on 1 week (7 nights) from Saturday to Saturday.
Optional rent of linen / towels at 20 euros / person.

Very nice Location

The House is part of a well maintained Hotel area. We stayed for 2 weeks with 3 children and enjoyed the close location to the beach. It is usefull to have a car as nearby are many very nice beaches. This is the perfect place for a beach vacation with kids.

Spacious & comfortable mini-villa in lush garden directly on the beach

We had a great holiday at this property! The villa is compact but very well organized, with all sorts of appliances, perfectly clean and with room enough for our family of five, including a dad on workation. It's an independent cottage set into the lush garden of a luxury private development with well-spaced minivillas and an upscale, very low-rise residence. We loved the private, large patio with an Indonesian feeling (immersed in the greenery, with lots of cute little birds and a tortoise!) - and the fantastic location directly on a beach of pink sand. Great sealife, fantastic coves immediately nearby, a romantic and very clean lagoon. Our teenage kids were completely independent, made friends and went swimming at midnight, and we all enjoyed sunbathing, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing and exploring the coast with a sup. We even made friendship with a local octopus, and observed her life and habits for days. We also truly appreciated the absolute absence of traffic noise and the relaxed, quiet and safe atmosphere. Great nature and culinary activities all around. Porto Vecchio is 20 minutes away and has literally everything you may desire. Check in and out totally smooth, no issues whatsoever during our stay. I would reccomend it to everyone, inclunding babies and older people, perhaps not so much to party goers and the aggressive socialite, the nightlife is elsewhere. Would love to come back! Thank you!

Je recommande vivement cette location, même hors saison ! Nous avons adoré le calme, la proximité de la plage à pied et les superbes balades aux alentours. Gros coup de cœur pour la terrasse, très bien exposée, où nous avons pu déjeuner très souvent, même en plein février. Nous sommes d'ailleurs repartis en Lorraine avec de jolies couleurs :)Un grand merci à Jamila pour son accueil très professionnel et sa grande réactivité face à nos différentes demandes.Seul petit axe d'amélioration : le ménage aurait pu être un peu plus approfondi à notre arrivée (peut-être en raison de la période hivernale), mais cela n'a absolument pas gâché notre excellent séjour ! Nous y retournerons sans problème l'année prochaine, si cela est possible.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Lage zum Strand. Super Terrasse. Wir würden wieder hier buchen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wohnung müsste etwas intensiver unterhalten gepflegt und gereinigt werden.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem Pfannen, Kopfkissen,… sollte mal einmal auswechseln. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut (email), er ist aber nicht vor Ort.

wunderschöner Ort

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderschön. Auch ist im Haus genügend Platz vorhanden. Das Zimmer hinter der Küche ist für eine erwachsene oder zwei Kinder gerechnet. Das Meer ist in 3Fussminuten zu erreichen. Dem Strand entlang kann wunderbar entlanggewandert werden, von einer Bucht zur anderen. Die Strände sind glücklicherweise allesamt öffentlich zugänglich. Wir würden den Ort sofort wieder aufsuchen. Herzlichen Dank.

Einfach großartig

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in der Villa Mimosa verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles, was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr geräumig und es handelt sich um eine der wenigen Terrassen auf dem Gelände, die vom Weg weitestgehend uneinsehbar sind. Man hat also auch genügend Privatsphäre. Im April war auf dem Gelände noch fast nichts los. Die Strände, die man in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreicht sind großartig. Schöne kleine Badebuchten und weitläufige Strände. Wie man es auch immer mag. Pierre Potin ist ein sehr netter und besorgter Vermieter, der sich sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste kümmert. Merci Pierre!!! Ganz klare Empfehlung. Besser haben wir nie gewohnt.

Émerveillés par la beauté du site

Belle entrée de résidence, soignée, fleurie et très bon accueil. Nous avons été guidés jusqu'à notre gîte sans vis-à-vis avec terrasse en bois au calme conforme à l'annonce. Pas de surprises. Nous signalons seulement une odeur et l'humidité ressenti à l'intérieur de 2 chambres du gîte. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, les plages de sable dès la sortie du gîte serviettes de bains en main ,c'est le paradis. Merci ☺️

Familienurlaub in Lecci

Das Ferienhaus ist mit 3 Schlafzimmer mehr als geräumig. Die Terrasse ist etwas zurückgelegen und ermöglicht dadurch Privatsphäre. Die Nähe zum Meer und Strand ist toll. Für die Anreise und Verpflegung ist ein Auto absolut empfehlenswert, ein Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in Lecci sehr genossen und würden definitiv wiederkommen. :)

Super Aufenthalt

Das Apartment befindet sich innerhalb der Anlage eines fünf Sterne Ressorts. Der eigene Parkplatz befindet sich direkt hinter der Hoteleinfahrt. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben sehr sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist riesig und nach langen Wanderungen ein Quell der Erholung. Leider befanden sich zu unserer Reisezeit Renovierungsarbeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück (das nicht zum Hotel gehört), wofür der Vermieter natürlich keine Verantwortung trägt. Die Arbeitszeiten waren jeweils von 8:00 bis 16:30 Uhr, sodass sie uns kaum gestört haben, weil wir immer unterwegs waren. Grundsätzlich wird ein gutes Mückenmittel empfohlen. Der Strand vor Ort sowie auch die anderen Strände die innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar sind, sind toll. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.

Unser neuer Lieblingsort: Maison Mimosa

Wir durften eine Woche im Maison Mimosa verbringen. Bereits nach 2 Tagen haben wir festgestellt, dass eine Woche Korsika viel zu kurz ist. Wir wurden von Madame Jamila, die sich um das Haus kümmert, sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten auch das Glück unseren Vermieter Pierre kennenzulernen. Maison Mimosa ist super, die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die tolle Terrasse lädt abends zum verweilen ein und der Ausblick auf den Berg ist auch wunderbar. Der Strand ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in Porto Vecchio in einem von Pierre‘s Häusern! Herzlichste Grüße

Super Oase der Erholung

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, es fehlte an gar nichts!! Die Terrasse ist idyllisch, mit Blick auf den „Berg“ auf der anderen Seite der Bucht. Perfekt ist die Nähe zum Meer, insbesondere mit Kindern…nach einem „Stadt-Ausflug“ können sie noch ins Meer springen. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen! Informative und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter!

Très bel emplacement.

Séjour au calme (semaine fin Août début Septembre) dans un lieu charmant. On peut très bien y passer des journées complètes en alternant terrasse, plage coté golfe pour la baignade puis profiter d’une fin journée enchanteresse sur une langue de sable côté lagune. Maison bien équipée et confortable.
