4 double bedrooms and a dormitory with 5 single beds and 5 bathrooms (including 3 baths). Ideal from 2 to 13 people!

You will certainly enjoy the summer of the large garden and the beautiful wooden terrace to make BBQ in the sun. In winter, you will appreciate the underfloor heating and the large fireplace to spend cozy evenings by the fireplace.

Ski slope at 2km. (Free shuttle every 20 minutes down the chalet).

Chalet très agréable à vivre.

Nous avons partagé ce chalet en famille, 6 enfants et 6 adultes debut août 2022. Il est très fonctionnel et particulièrement spacieux tant pour la vie courante que pour le couchage. La prestation est à la hauteur du tarif. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très agreables et utiles notamment pour la localisation.

Excellent séjour au Chalet des OCHES

Nous sommes venus passer une semaine en 2ème quinzaine de février 2022. Nous étions 10-11 personnes, en famille et avec des amis, et avons bien apprécié le confort de ce chalet moderne, avec superbe vue, bel espace à vivre et multiples salles d’eau. Un bémol cependant : la situation en hameau nécessite d’avoir à souvent prendre la voiture, et le stationnement ensuite aux divers lieu stratégiques est très problématique . En effet les navettes ne passent pas très souvent (plutôt toutes les 30’ et pas toutes les 20’), et en outre sont payantes + chères (15E les 10 trajets) alors qu’elles devraient être incluses dans le prix des forfaits.

Propreté , problème électrique.

La propreté du chalet est à désiré , quantité énorme de poussière sur les lits et meubles. Sol juste balayer et non frotter aux vues des multiples traces de résidu alimentaires. La réserve d'eau chaude et loin d'être suffisante, je précise que nous étions 2 familles et que le chalets peu en accueillir 3. Nous avons vu avec la responsable pour mettre les chauffes eau en marche forcé mais si l'on met la machine à laver en même temps , les plombs sautent. Nous avons voulu monter le chauffage au sol à 22° au lieu de 20° impossible , ça saute encore. Je déconseille cette location .

Chalet atypique

Le chalet de Serre Chevalier est un endroit vraiment agréable, cosy avec une belle décoration: toute la famille y a trouvé sa place . Il est aussi bien situé ( même si sa localisation n’est pas évidente au début). Les équipements sont complets, on peut y cuisiner facilement. Je le conseille !

Chalet tres agreable, bien équipé et vraiment bien placé

Chalet tres agreable, bien lumineux avec exposition Sud, très bien équipé (chaque chambre a sa salle de bains; cuisine hyper-équipée) et vraiment bien placé, à proximité des pistes l'hiver, des chemins de randonnées et de VTT l'été, et des Grands Bains du Monetier toute l'année! On entend le bruit de la circulation sur la départementale mais cela n'est pas gênant. Propriétaires très agréables. Région exceptionnelle pour son ensoleillement, sa tradition de montagne, son histoire (Briançon, son café turinois, son Pont d'Asfeld), ses tartes à la myrtille!
