The 'Clos des seringas' is a fully renovated stone winegrower's house.
The house is classified 3 keys to Clévacances.

The 100m2 apartment is located upstairs. You will have a private enclosed courtyard, a garage and an enclosed garden.
The large, bright living room opens onto a terrace with views of the countryside.
We make sure to give you an impeccable apartment regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
We have taken care of the quality of modern and comfortable equipment. The interior decoration is neat to bring you an aesthetic pleasure during your stay.
The enclosed courtyard and enclosed garden visible from the terrace and the living room will allow you to let your young children play in peace.


Some ideas for a day trip:
1- 20 minutes: Nîmes: Superb Roman monuments: Arenas, Maison Carrée, Tour Magne. The Gardens of La Fontaine and the Temple of Diana. Museum of Romanity opened in 2019. The old town, its shopping streets, the cathedral ...

2- 30 minutes: Uzès: Duchy, Cathedral and Fenestrelle Tower, Place aux herbes (many restaurants) The Medieval Garden, The Val de l'Eure, below Uzès allows you to take a very pleasant shaded walk, starting from the source which fed the Pont du Gard.

3- 30 minutes: Anduze, the 'Porte des Cévennes' Old picturesque and lively town, the source of Protestantism (Desert Museum in Mialet -10km). Do not miss: La Bambouseraie de Prafrance and the little steam train to St Jean du Gard.

4- an hour: Le Grau du Roi, charming fishing port and very large beaches (L'espiguette) in a protected environment. Ideal beach for children.

5- at 1:30 am: The Saintes Maries de la Mer and the Camargue. If you love the great outdoors and nature, this is a must.

6- at 1 hour, the Pont du Gard, essential, the site has been remarkably landscaped, with enhancement of the Roman canal and the garrigue area that surrounds it. Do not forget the museum, modern and educational.

Other possibilities, nearby (30mn): The Gorges du Gardon, the medieval town of Sommières ... or a walk, through the scrubland, to the quarries of Lens.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans ce joli gîte, très bien équipé et confortable. La piscine et les jouets d'enfant sont un vrai plus. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et toutes leurs attentions !

Gite in Fons

We were the first English people to stay at the gite apparently. All details were in French, would have been helpful for instructions etc to be in English also. We had an excellent ‘Welcome Pack’ on our arrival which was much appreciated. The temperature most days was 34deg it would have been better if there was air conditioning in the gite.

Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. La maison est belle et grande

La maison est équipé sur tout! Ayant un bébé de 19mois tout était là. Lit parapluie, chaise haute etc.... ainsi que pleins de jouet et de livre!!! Le green Park pour les petits à côté, centre commercial pas très loin. Petit - il faut faire de la route si l'ont veut faire des activités mais c'est choix que l'on fait aussi pour avoir de la tranquillité ! Très heureux de notre séjour et peut être à bientôt !

Agréables vacances en famille

L' appartement récemment rénové est bien entretenu et équipé. Il est parfaitement adapté pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants en bas age, car au calme avec un jardin clos. Pour les tous petits la piscine enfant est un vrai atout. De plus, les propriétaire nous ont fait bénéficier du potager et des arbres fruitiers. Ils nous ont également bien conseillé sur les visites à effectuer. Notre séjour s est parfaitement déroulé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bien

Très chouette appartement, bien entretenu et équipé, propre et pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. La petite piscine dans le jardin fut un 'plus' pour notre séjour. Les enfants ont adoré. Nous avons été bien accueillis et renseignés par les propriétaires qui sont attentifs à ce que tout se passe bien. Nous avons donc passé un excellent séjour. Merci!

Très bon sejour été 2013

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec notre petit de 20 mois dans cette jolie maison avec jardin. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis et été de bon conseil pour les visites à faire. Idéalement située dans un petit village, les sorties sont à moins de 45 min en voiture ( village de caractère, parc aquatique, pont du Gard, ...) .

Très bon séjour !

Belle location rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous y avons trouvé tout le confort désiré et la fraîcheur par ce bel été ! Calme, propre et bien situé dans un village à proximité de tout commerce. Le petit plus : la terrasse, lieu très agréable donnant sur le jardin où nous avons passé le plus de temps ! Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil très chaleureux et sa sympathie. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine à Fons. Venez y les yeux fermés !

Vacances en famille réussie juillet 2012

Vacances réussies dans ce gîte très bien situé. En effet commerce de proximité à moins de 100m. Grande surface à moins de 5 Km. Accueil très agréable et maison très fonctionnelle à l'entretien facile de plus tout y est dans un état impeccable. L'accueil du propriétaire est plus qu'agréable. Nous recommanderons ce gîte à une famille aimant le calme et la découverte, il y a en effet de nombreuses activités en tout genre un peu partout dans un rayon de 50 à 60 Km.

gite très agréable

cette location est bien tenue et très bien équipée avec des appareils neufs. Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais la maison reste bien fraiche si l'on ferme les volets. le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et bien conseillé pour les points touristiques intéressants aux alentours. des spécialités gourmandes nous ont été offertes à notre arrivée et nous avons bénéficié des tomates bio du jardin. dans le village à 100 m du gite il y a une boulangerie un point presse un café et une épicerie ouverte seulement le matin. il y a aussi un producteur de délicieux melons. la grande surface et le restaurant le plus proche (à La Calmette) est a 5 km environ. Le village est très calme. aux alentours il y a beaucoup de sites touristiques intérressants : Uzès, Nimes, le pont du gard baignades dans le Gardon à Collias.

très agréable.

Maison au calme, impécable et très confortable, disposant de tout le nécessaire pour des vacances sans soucis. A l'étage, une petite terrasse avec vue dégagée, ou nous prenions tout nos répas. Idéale pour une famille avec deux enfants. Une petite superette et une boulangerie à moins de 50m, et nous pouvions disposer des légumes du jardin. A proximité de nombreux sites touristiques.
