About this property
Close to Nîmes, authentic village house renovated in 2009 - Courtyard and garden
The 'Clos des seringas' is a fully renovated stone winegrower's house.
The house is classified 3 keys to Clévacances.
The 100m2 apartment is located upstairs. You will have a private enclosed courtyard, a garage and an enclosed garden.
The large, bright living room opens onto a terrace with views of the countryside.
We make sure to give you an impeccable apartment regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
We have taken care of the quality of modern and comfortable equipment. The interior decoration is neat to bring you an aesthetic pleasure during your stay.
The enclosed courtyard and enclosed garden visible from the terrace and the living room will allow you to let your young children play in peace.
Some ideas for a day trip:
1- 20 minutes: Nîmes: Superb Roman monuments: Arenas, Maison Carrée, Tour Magne. The Gardens of La Fontaine and the Temple of Diana. Museum of Romanity opened in 2019. The old town, its shopping streets, the cathedral ...
2- 30 minutes: Uzès: Duchy, Cathedral and Fenestrelle Tower, Place aux herbes (many restaurants) The Medieval Garden, The Val de l'Eure, below Uzès allows you to take a very pleasant shaded walk, starting from the source which fed the Pont du Gard.
3- 30 minutes: Anduze, the 'Porte des Cévennes' Old picturesque and lively town, the source of Protestantism (Desert Museum in Mialet -10km). Do not miss: La Bambouseraie de Prafrance and the little steam train to St Jean du Gard.
4- an hour: Le Grau du Roi, charming fishing port and very large beaches (L'espiguette) in a protected environment. Ideal beach for children.
5- at 1:30 am: The Saintes Maries de la Mer and the Camargue. If you love the great outdoors and nature, this is a must.
6- at 1 hour, the Pont du Gard, essential, the site has been remarkably landscaped, with enhancement of the Roman canal and the garrigue area that surrounds it. Do not forget the museum, modern and educational.
Other possibilities, nearby (30mn): The Gorges du Gardon, the medieval town of Sommières ... or a walk, through the scrubland, to the quarries of Lens.
