Our authentic farmhouse late nineteenth is located in the town of Servigny between the town hall and the church. It is independent and features a landscaped garden of 2000 m² closed. Its regional furniture and equipment make this very pleasant house.
Ten miles through the countryside enough to reach the beaches.

On the ground floor: large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom of 20 m² with 140 bed, bathroom with shower, toilet.

Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms: 1 bed 140 and 4 beds of 90 cm, bathroom and toilet.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette très belle maison, confortable et bien équipée. L'accueil chaleureux de Jeannine et Lucien et toutes leurs petites attentions ont largement contribué à cela. La maison est très bien située pour rayonner dans le Cotentin, et nos hôtes ont été de très bon conseil, tant pour les visites que pour les commerces ! Un grand merci et à très bientôt !

La maison est grande, excellemment équipée, très propre. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très disponibles. Bref, malgré des circonstances difficiles (début du confinement d'automne et temps pluvieux), un séjour très agréable.

Wonderful place to spend with the family

The house was wonderful and lovely furnished. Nothing is missing there, from kitchen equipment to the large garden. The location was also very quiet with only a few cars passing by. The owners were very welcoming and welcomed us with a cake, drinks and a basket full of delicious marmalade, biscuits and calvados. There are many nice beaches near by, where you can go swimming and sunbathing. Even for our dog, it was awesome. All in all, it was a wonderful time there. Thank you very much, Lucien and Jeannine, we would love to come back next year, Claudia, Heiner and family

Très bon séjour en Normandie ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Jeannine et Lucien et l'aménagement de leur maison. A défaut d'avoir pu tester le barbecue en raison du temps un peu frisquet, nous avons bien profité de bonnes bolées de cidre au coin du feu de cheminée. Nos cousins américains ont beaucoup aimé et sont prêts à revenir. Bravo pour votre gîte! Famille BORDEAUX

Très jolie maison ( un Intérieur spacieux et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires, un beau et grand jardin clos, ...) dans un environnement paisible et verdoyant. Situation idéale pour les nombreuses balades suggérées par des propriétaires très chaleureux et avides de faire aimer leur région. Nous recommandons ce gite à tous, en attendant d'y retourner !

The Gîte is perfect for families. Located in a very nice place, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The owners (Mr. and Mrs. Chauvin) were very kind and gave us a pleasant surprise with a cake and some Calvados liquor.

C’est une maison très jolie, exceptionnelle pour aller avec des enfants, jardin très grande, ping-pong. Bien situé pour connaitre La Manche Propriétaires très agréables, beaucoup de ustensiles de cuisine, de verres et de la vaiselle. Las chambres très spacieuses et décorées avec goût.
