séjour idyllique

Nous avons passé 10 jours incroyables dans la maison. Elle est située "sur" l'une des plus belle plage de tout le Golfe Cannois (avec accès privatif), avec deux terrasses avec vue sur le Golfe. La maison est par ailleurs très bien équipée et refaite quasi neuve, mais en ayant gardé son cachet d'origine.

Globalement très satisfait de notre séjour Theoule est un endroit très sympa La maison a une vie exceptionnelle Petit bémol sur l accès qui nous a pas posé de problème mais qui est à prendre en compte (bcp de marches 150 env. pour descendre à la maison mais une fois qu’on y est on y est bien) Manque un peu TV et Wifi de bonne qualité Les équipements sont ok même si la cuisine est assez surprenantes La plage devant est très sympa Et enfin Florence est très serviable

Une villa avec une vue merveilleuse sur la baie de Cannes!

Deux très belles semaines passées en famille dans cette maison de bord de mer (les pieds dans l’eau, en surplomb d’une jolie petite plage de sable). Le panorama est exceptionnel, de jour comme de nuit. Beaucoup de marches pour accéder à la maison mais cela fait faire de l’exercice... C’est un endroit préservé de la Côte d’Azur, à l’abri de la foule et nous avons ou profiter un maximum de nos longues baignades, notamment vers la toute proche pointe de l’Aiguille, magnifique amas rocheux de l’Esterel. Très bons restaurants de plage à proximité de la maison également.

Super Ausblick auf die Bucht von Cannes

Wir bewohnten das Haus mit 10 Personen für drei Wochen im Juli/August 2015. Die Einfahrt bietet genügend Platz für zwei normale PKW's, allerdings ist gerade in der Hauptsaison die Ein- und Ausfahrt in den fließenden Verkehr nicht ganz einfach. Wenn man dann den Weg und die Stufen vom Parkplatz zum Haus erst überwunden hat, kann man sich an dem atemberaubenden Ausblick von den beiden Terrassen nicht mehr satt sehen. Der Wohnbereich befindet sich auf zwei Ebenen, die mit zwei Außentreppen verbunden sind. Die obere Ebene ist in einem frisch renovierten Zustand. Vier der fünf Schlafzimmer haben frontalen Blick aufs Meer; zwei der Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, Kleiderschränke stehen nur eingeschränkt zur Verfügung. Das WiFi Internet funktioniert gut. Vom Haus gelangt man weiter über einen privaten Treppenweg direkt zum Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben kleinere Probleme schnell gelöst. Das Haus ist für Familien mit älteren Kindern und Personen ohne eingeschränkte Mobilität gut geeignet. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten.

Holidays 2014

We stayed there in august 2014 We traveled as a big company - 3 children and 5 adults. Great location, private exit to the beach made our holidays perfect. The stairs from parking to the house is a good fitness. 2 Nice terasses with the sea view. Good house's location is giving you an opportunity for good excursions on your car. Friendly and good owner. It is a perfect price for the house and a location.

Excellent Location and Property

Nice property, recently remodeled upstairs area (open plan kitchen/dining). Sits directly above a family friendly sandy beach and easy walking access to quaint, laid-back Cote d'Azur town. Great for families with older children. Helpful and responsive owner. (Note - lots of stairs from street parking to house make it unsuitable for people with limited mobility.)

Très belle vue et pratique pour la plage

Très belle vue et pratique pour la plage. Le seul inconvénient est la distance entre le parking. La maison se trouve aussi à être un peu négligé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils.
