About this property

Ideal pets: apartment in house with garden - first floor.

The rooms are bright and pleasant and can comfortably accommodate two people. The house has heating and hot water, television, fully equipped kitchens and a bathroom on each floor. The green area is extensive and suitable for children, seniors and pets. The house is located in a very pleasant walk with trees and a few minutes walk from the center, and close to the river Najerilla.
We pride ourselves on being animal lovers so that dogs and cats are welcome both home with their owners, or in private land surrounding the house. If the owners will make visits where animals are not admitted, you may leave them alone in the green zone all day long as they are not problematic.
We are very close to architectural interest such as the monasteries of Yuso and Suso rods, etc. and of course the monastery of Santa María la Real in the same Najera.
Najera has a School of Historical Heritage.
In addition to being close to Logroño, Nájera is very well located for excursions of a few hours, to Bilbao, Vitoria, Burgos, Pamplona, and even San Sebastián, Santander and Zaragoza.
Upon request we provide bicycles for those guests who want it.

apartment with a Great enclosed garden.

The house is divided into three apartments with shared safe garden. Secure entrance and free parking outside. Good walks with dog nearby. Located in easy reach by car to the Rioja region and northern Spain. Apartment has all basic needs including full kitchen. Hosts very helpful throughout.

Lovely holiday home

Lovely holiday home with lush garden in great location. Our hosts were super accommodating and experts on the area. On their advice we took several tours of the area Uso and Suso being particular highlights. The accommodation has a very compact kitchen and bathroom but a full fridge freezer. We did cook a few nights as we had rain but its the perfect place for alfresco dining if you get the weather. A handy bus goes to Logrono from the end if the road - its really frequent up till 8.30 pm and we made good use of it. Also there are a lot of alfresco dining options on the riverbank near by which are lovely. We could not have met nicer hosts in Julietta Chabella and bruno the dog Thank you for an amazing stay ladies xx

We are truly delighted to have had Mary and her group staying with us: Mary is kind, sympathetic and, charming. What to say about the little boy? My sister observed: “if boys were all like him I would not have minded to have three”. The maid reported that they were exceedingly clean and had left everything the way they had found it. They also had an extremely positive attitude: in spite of the mostly unpleasant weather they suffered, they made the best of their stay All in all we consider it is a stroke of luck when groups like hers choose our house. Our only regret is not to have hade enough time to chat more with them all. My limitations with the English language may prevent me from expressing exactly what I mean, but the fact is that in spite of the brief time we spent with them they left a mark in our hearts. El alojamiento nos encanto! Súper acogedor, pasamos unos días muy agradables, disfrutando de la casa y del entorno. Lo que más nos gusto, es la amabilidad de sus dueñas. Chavela y Bruno un encanto, esperamos conocer en el próximo viaje a Julieta y pasar más días allí. Lo único malo, es que fueron muy pocos días

100% recomendable!!. La casa tiene mucho encanto, con jardín y sitio para estar al aire libre. Las propietarias más amables y hospitalarias no han podido ser. Estancia muy agradable y recomendable

La estancia nos ha encantado!! La dueña ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y nos ha ayudado en todo lo necesario. Viajamos con un crío de 2 años y el patio y el jardín ha sido una gozada!! En cuanto a la vivienda, nos ha tocado la situada en la parte de abajo de la casa que, aunque pequeña, tiene lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Además, se sale directamente al patio y eso para nosotros ha sido una maravilla. Si volvemos por esa zona, repetiremos sin duda!!

Un lugar encantador

La casa se encuentra en un lugar muy tranquilo de Nájera y, sin embargo a escasa distancia de todo. El entorno es muy bonito; de frente a la casa el río y un bonito paseo bajo los árboles. Para quienes deseen nadar, las piscinas municipales están también delante. El jardín es magnífico, sobre todo si vas con tu perro. Las dueñas son encantadoras, pendientes de tí, pero sin agobiar. Espero poder ir en más ocasiones.

Estupenda casa en Nájera

Una acogida y trato excelente por parte de las propietarias. La ubicación inmejorable, al lado de las piscinas y en un paseo muy agradable y buen ambiente. Siempre encontramos plaza de aparcamiento en la zona. Todo perfecto.

Nettes Häuschen in großem Garten.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Hübsches Häuschen in großem Garten. Wir bekamen sogar Kuchen gebacken und durften die Kirschen im Garten essen. Die Küche ist eher sparsam ausgestattet. Für Hobbyköche eher nicht geeignet. Aber egal was fehlte, wir bekamen es von der Gastgeberin gebracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gracias Chabela y Julieta, sois muy amables! Estuvimos muy contentos en vuestra casa.

A relaexed and complete stay in a hospitable place

We had a lovely stay in Nàjera, a friendly village in the middle of La Rioja. The appartment is situated 5 min from towncentre but even closer to nature. The appartments are simple but complete and the garden is fantastic: Fruit trees, hardly any noise, a paradise in town. Our landladies where very very friendly, hospitable, supporting and helpful. The best place for relaxing and enjoying the good life of La Rioja.

Fantastic house in great location

Lovely, well equipped house with a fantastic garden. My 3 boys loved the public pool which is just across the road. The owners were both so helpful and welcoming. The town of Najera is great with lots of nice bars and restaurants and the surrounding area is stunning with plenty of things to do. Chabella and Julieta - thank you both for an amazing holiday. Hopefully we'll meet again. :-)

We have been very lucky with our guests: it is indeed easy to be a good host with people like the ones in this group. We feel fortunate that they chose our house: easy to communicate with, gentle manners, clean, and happy; the three young boys, whose manners were as pleasing as those of their parents were charming too.
