What an amazing place to stay

We had such a fantastic week at Kiso411. The villa is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. The pool is amazing and perfect for our teenage children. We visited in August and the weather was hot, 30 degrees, but there was a cool breeze that meant that it was never too hot. We visited a number of great towns in the area and also loved the Taverna in Olluria, which was an easy walk from the villa. This is the ideal family villa in a truly beautiful part of Spain. I can't recommend it enough.

Lovely, very spacious holiday home

Lovely and very spacious house. Everything is almost new and looks just like the pictures. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Spacious garden with BBQ and beautiful swimming pool. The only small downside was that it is not heated (we were there in spring). Very friendly and personal welcome. Also responded very quickly to messages. The house is centrally located and offers many opportunities for fun excursions.

Family vacation in La Rioja

Property was located in a beautiful town in the Rioja region. Modern, clean property with a great outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool & grass area out back. Checkin and communication with the property manager was seamless and efficient. Our only downside was the property states it has air conditioning which was a single standalone AC located on the bottom floor and did not cool the upstairs where all the bedrooms are located. It was very hot at night and no fans which made it uncomfortable in 40+ temperature. Overall a great stay and we would recommend. Diane and family

peaceful place

We stayed here during the area's very hot days and nights this year. The listing includes air conditioning - but there isn't any. The pool is a real help. The shaded area behind the house was great in morning and evening. All was very clean. There is WiFi but it wasn't very stable (not good enough to work with). Kitchen equipment had all essentials. There is an internet connected projector and large screen but it only has Spanish TV channels. The village is quiet and peaceful as is the area around the house.

Tolles, großzügiges Haus im Herzen der Rioja. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die vier großen Zimmer im Obergeschoß bieten jedem ausreichend Privatspähre. Die drei Bäder sind modern, sauber und top in Ordnung. Genau wie die Küche, in der es sogar einen Stabmixer für die Zubereitung von Aioli gab. Im Wohnzimmer ein großer TV. Im Außenbereich ein Holzkohlegrill mit eigenem Licht und Stromanschluss. Der Pool wunderbar mit Whirlpool. Das Haus liegt mitten im Weingebiet, die Bodegas sind mit kurzen Autofahrten zu erreichen. Wir haben die Woche in dem Haus sehr genossen.

Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation hat Dank einer Übersetzungsapp gut funktioniert. Von dem Haus kurze Entfernung zu vielen tollen Weingütern.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de buiten bbq was ook echt top. Het huis was netjes en schoon. In de omgeving is veel te doen en na een dagje er op uit kan je heerlijk relaxen en ontspannen bij het zwembad of in de tuin.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Ollauri. Een heerlijk ruim huis, met grote slaapkamers, een grote woonkamer en keuken, sfeervol ingericht. De tuin met zwembad en fijne plek om te eten maakt het compleet. Er is niet echt een airco, maar dankzij de fans boven de bedden hebben we prima geslapen.
